3% increase over baseline.

2010- 2011 53% LEP students will move one proficiency level higher at the end of the school year which is

3% increase from the previous year.

2011-2012 57% LEP students will move one proficiency level higher at the end of the school year which is

4% increase from the previous year.

2012-2013 61% LEP students will move one proficiency level higher at the end of the school year which is
