We have been involved in many building projects over the years including commercial and industrial type buildings, offices, warehouses, houses and apartments. One of our recent projects was Joe Mallon Motor’s showroom in Naas on which the CIF reviewed and produced an article commending the quality of work on the extensive features to the project. We were also on the shortlist for a National Quality Award for the Newbridge Community Centre which we completed in January 2005. We are registered with Homebond and the Construction Industry Federation. We are compliant with the CIF Pension Scheme. Judge Construction have a proven track record in road and development works on all scales including housing schemes, developments of major industrial parks such as Millennium Park and NRA works including the Monread Road Development and Sallins Road Re-alignments in Naas. We are a preferred development contractor of Kildare County Council with our consistent quality work and commitment to meeting all standards. We also regularly work for Roadstone Contracts Division on projects they are awarded with relevant civil works. Health and Safety is a constant concern for us and never overlooked. We are fully compliant with the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006 and have no reportable accidents over the past 5 years where we have been Project Supervisor. We have our own Health & Safety Officer to monitor safety on all our sites and update staff giving inductions and regular tool box talks. We also employ an independent safety consultant. A good working relationship with design teams is seen as essential. We have a pro-active management structure highlighting future concerns at an early stage and offering cost effective, efficient solutions to design problems. Judge Construction offers a hands-on approach at all levels where attention to detail, keeping all aspects of the project up to date and the avoidance of unwanted surprises is seen as the key to a successful project. The office is equipped with AutoCad LT 2005 including a plotter and AO photo copier where we can print and copy large drawings.
