What is KidZania Kuala Lumpur?

KidZania Kuala Lumpur is an indoor family edutainment centre which offers an interactive

learning and entertainment experience for kids in a kid-sized city to deliver the first-of-its-kind

Adult(s) Visitor(s) between the ages of 18 to 59

Kids Visitor(s) between the ages of 4 to 17

Toddlers Visitor(s) between the ages of 2 to 3

Babies Visitor(s) between the ages of 0 to 1

Seniors Visitor(s) of the age of 60 and above

activities and establishments if at any time it is deemed necessary to do so. Age restrictions may apply to certain establishments, please refer to the

information board available at entrance of all establishments.

Adults are not allowed to participate in the role play establishments.

Adults are not allowed to queue on behalf of Kids to enter the establishments.

Adults are welcomed to enter the following establishments Theatre,Urbanos House and Parents Lounge. The activities are limited, as indicatedon the information board of these establishments.

Babies, Toddlers and Kids are not allowed to enter the Parents Lounge.

Some establishments in KidZania Kuala Lumpur may be temporarily closedfor maintenance, remodelling and/or private events.

The climbing and jumping over the railings, stands or any other structure isstrictly prohibited.

PROHIBITIONS The Management reserves the right to alter any terms and conditions without

prior notice. Any persons that disrupt the harmony and peace of KidZania Kuala Lumpur

will be requested to leave KidZania Kuala Lumpur without refund.

No pets are allowed in KidZania Kuala Lumpur.

No outside food and beverages are allowed inside KidZania Kuala Lumpur.

Commercial photography and filming is strictly prohibited inside KidZania

Kuala Lumpur.

Theft or loss of personal belonging is at the Visitors risk.

Drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited.

Purchase Rules

Before proceeding with your ticket purchase please read the kidzania.com.my Terms and

Conditions of Purchase (the Terms & Conditions) carefully. These Terms & Conditions formthe basis of the contract between you and Rakan Riang Sdn Bhd (RRSB), the owner and

operator of the kidzania.com.my website.

No Cancelations, Exchanges or Refunds Once confirmed, a ticket purchased on kidzania.com.my (Ticket) may not

be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. Tickets are confirmed when full payment is received and when an official

invoice and guest entry pass is sent to you.

Ticket Limits for Transaction

Tickets on kidzania.com.my is available for purchases of up to 10 people orless per transaction. For purchases of 11 people or more, kindly make asubsequent transaction for the additional purchase(s).

Subsequent transaction(s) will be treated as a fresh transaction andConditions of Entry will remain applicable.

No Reselling Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via

online auction websites) or used for advertising, promoting or othercommercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions) or toenhance the demand for other goods and services, either by the original

Ticket purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a Ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the Ticket may be cancelled

without a refund and the bearer of the Ticket may be refused admission.

Official Invoice and Guest Entry Pass The Official Invoice and Guest Entry Pass shall be your valid pass to visit

KidZania Kuala Lumpur and should be printed out and presented at the onlineticketing counter prior to the session in order for you to gain admission.

Price Changes All prices are subject to change at any time and from time to time without

prior notice until your Ticket purchase is confirmed.

Payment in Full

Upon acceptance of the booking, the Tickets must be paid for in fullimmediately.

Once a booking has been paid in full and has been deemed confirmed,Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.

KidZania Kuala Lumpur Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability KidZania Kuala Lumpur shall not be liable, apart from non-excludable liability,

Independence KidZania Kuala Lumpur is an independently owned and operated business.

Any reference to specific events by KidZania Kuala Lumpur is not intended toimply nor should it be understood or assumed that KidZania Kuala Lumpur isendorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or otherwise affiliated with the

organisers, promoters and/or sponsors of such events.

Enforceability If any part of these Terms & Conditions is held to be unenforceable, the
