Our students were fantastic during the excursion last week, and I would like to thank parent/carers for managing the early start to the day! For our dancers, being a part of a large performance troupe is a fantastic experience that I hope all our students will remember with fondness for many years to come. I spoke to Mrs Edwards and Mrs Martin after the finale performance on the weekend, I can share that they were both so proud of our students who made the many hours of practise and waiting a happy and enjoyable experience by being such great kids. Bother teachers wanted me to thank our wonderful group of parent/carers (and grandparents too!) for being such a tremendous support to them, often offering assistance, being on time for pick-up and drop-offs, providing them with meals (how a- maz-ing is that?) and keeping their enthusiasm alive with their own enthusiasm (particularly during times of tiredness). We look forward to Southern Stars 2020! SAS Recognition Week To our fantastic SAS team – our staff who run the office, work hard to keep our school grounds beautiful, help students learn in the classroom we thank-you – our school couldn’t support our students to learn and grow into wonderful citizens without you and the work you do for our school community. Regional Athletics Representatives Congratulations to Tori who will be representing our District in discus and Amelia who will be representing our District in the 100 & 200 metres and shot put and long jump.
