there are many options for you.! Pixie Caterers takes birthday party under our professional wings. Our hope is to be able to save you time, energy, and money. When we plan a birthday party, we want you to be the Guest and free

from worry. We don't want our clients or their attendees, to see the business behind making the magic...We believe that the final product needs to showcase your vision. Its execution should be seamless;

Face PaintingAt Pixie Caterers we are dedicated to provide the most hygienic service possible.We use a clean sponge for each and every face. We do however appreciate being

presented with clean faces to be painted.Pixie Caterers uses only the highest quality, imported, professional products. Ourpaints are hypoallergenic and comply with EU cosmetic directives. However, this

does not preclude an allergic reaction and Pixie Caterers will not be liable for allergicreaction to paints. If your child has a very sensitive skin, or is allergic to a range of

common products, please discuss this before the child is painted. To be on the safe side,it is always possible to paint a small design on the hand where the skin is less sensitive.

Please don't allow the children to touch or play with the paints and equipment.For safety reasons, children (and adults) are not permitted to play in the face painter's

work area and the face painter will not be liable for any damage or injuries should this occur.Parents are responsible for their children at all times!!!

PhotographyKids parties are an important momemnt in both kids and parents lifes and its important to have a professional

Simply email me on both of my email address which you can find on page 2..

Email me the following info:* Your chosen package and option

* Your name and contact info* Your preferred date

* Your preferred venue name and address* The preferred time slot for your photography

Once i have received the above info i will sendyou the terms and conditions contract and

the invoice for your chosen package.You will also receive a photography

questionnaire that i will ask you to fill out.

Once we have received your booking fee as well as a signed copy of the T’s&C’s, your Eventphotography with Pixie’s Photography will

officially be booked.

Professional lighting is not included in our packages but can be booked additionally

at R500.00

Travelling fees are not included in our packages.

Once we have received your payment your order with Pixie Caterers will

officially be booked.

You can pick up your order from us inRiviera or we can deliver to you.

Delivery fees apply.

Orders must be placed a minimumof 2 weeks in advance.

Terms &Conditions

Pixie caterers provide a service to our client to prepare and organise parties for apre-arranged amount of guests at the client's home or where required at other suitable

venues.

BOOKINGSWe take preliminary bookings either by phone or e-mail, which must be confirmed within

14 days, by paying the 50 percent deposit (see cancellations), which is banked and deductedfrom the total price of the party... We reserve the right to book another party

over the preliminary booking if the deposit has not been paid within the timescale required... The Final balance must be paid 7 days prior by cash or EFT...

Pixie Caterers will not be held responsible for any cash deposit payments being lost in the post (Please do not send cash in the post)... All bookings will be confirmed upon

receipt of deposit. We do not accept cheques.Should your party be booked in the same week as the party, full payment must be made

within a specified time. Final number of guests attending your party should be confirmed 14 days in advance.

TERMSWe aim to ensure that all descriptions in our brochure are accurate. We will notify youof any changes before you confirm your booking... Pixie Caterers reserves the right to

alter or withdraw any party or service. All prices are subject to change at any time with the exception of confirmed bookings. There may be additional travel/delivery costs

outside our area; these will be confirmed at time of booking.Please note we are unable to provide any refund for bad weather so please consider

covered venues or a contingency plan.

Terms &Conditions

CANCELLATIONSShould Pixie Caterers have to cancel any bookings due to unforseen circumstances,

a full refund of any monies paid will be given and we will endeavour tosatisfy the clients requirements wherever possible. Should clients wish to cancel an

order, the 50 percent deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation is 4 weeks or morefrom the party date... Any cancellations within 4 weeks of party date will not be refunded.

LIABILITYThe parent or caregiver is responsible at all times for the general supervisionof children within the party venue whether at home or at any other premises,

for the supervision of exits, and for ensuring that children only leave theparty venue with their own parent or guardian... Our responsibility is strictly

limited to the supervision of party activities provided by us.Pixie Caterers take the upmost care to ensure the safety of all party guests,

we only use high quality products and follow strict hygiene routines.Liability cannot be taken for reactions or injury sustained whilst attending a

party or thereafter... All allergies, ailments, infestations or virusesof guests or clients, which may affect the party in any way, must be reported prior to the

party date. We cannot accept liability for events outside the company's control to include

hazards/ dangers within the home or chosen venue.
