Four slices of bread

100 gms of panner

2 cubes grated cheese

2 tsp of fresh cream

½ tbsp of red chili powder

½ tbsp of chaat masala

¾ tbsp of turmeric

Salt as required

Plain & Mint Mayonnaisesauce to use as a dip

P R O C E D U R E

Take a big bowl, grate thepaneer (adult supervision req.)or crumble it using your hands. Add salt, grated cheese, freshcream, chaat masala, red chili& turmeric powder. Mix it well.  Spread the mixture on a sliceof bread, cover the opensandwich using one morebread. Serve it immediately or grill thesandwich (adult supervisionreq.)

or white compound chocolate. Coat

the strawberries.

Grab some fresh strawberries, make

sure you wash them properly.

Refrigerate it for about an hour. Garnish with some fresh cream &

enjoy!

Yummy CornChaat Recipe

2 cups boiled corn1 tbsp butter1 chopped Tomato½ tsp chilli powder1 tbsp lemon juice½ tsp peri peri1 tbsp chaat masala½ cup Pomegranate seeds Salt as required

Take 2 cups of boiled corn in abig bowl, mix it with butterthat's melted well.Add chopped tomatoes, chilipowder, lemon juice, chaatmasala, pomegranate seeds, salt and peri peri as pertaste. Instead of peri peri, youcan also add maggi masala.Transfer the corn chaat to aserving bowl & serveimmediately.

250 gms fresh coconutpowder + 20 gms to coat

3 drops of red food liquidcolour

2 drops of vanilla essence

100 gms of milkmaid

7-8 cashew nuts

Transfer coconut powder in abigger bowl. Add milkmaid, food colour, 2drops of vanilla essence. Mix it well, use your hands tomake the dough  now takesmall portion of dough &make small laddos. Coat the laddos in coconutpowder. Garnish with broken cashewnut pieces. Your coconutladdos are now ready!

1 tbsp Hershey'schocolate syrup or asrequired

1 Banana (optional)

In a big bowl, take cold freshcream. Using a hand mixer, whip thecream to medium peaks(adult supervision req.) Add Hershey's Syrup, Mix itwell. Then let it set in therefrigerator for 2 hrs. Serve itchilled. Add banana pieces(optional) & enjoy!
