MORE INFORMATION:Indoor or outdoor seating can be requested at time of booking, however for parties less than x50, specific tables cannot be reserved.PParties x50 or larger, we offer you a choice of separate inside dining room, inside booth area or area within the outdoor green.Our venue is a licensed restaurant, nooutside food or drink is allowed, with the exception of a Birthday cake and lolly bags. RBG will sRBG will store your cake on the day if needed, so clearly mark the cake with your child’s name. As we do not charge a ‘cakeage’ fee, you will need to supply your own disposable plates and cutlery for the cake. We recommend only booking the rreservation for the number of kids attending as a $20 minimum spend is required for all guests included in the booking.RBG does RBG does not allow outside vendors such as face painters or hire companies to attend private parties due to the number of guests in the venue. We do allow balloons and basic party decor at your table, but it must be tied down at all times and removed by you at the end of your event. Sorry, no Pinatas.

If you book an outside setting and the weather is bad on the day of your booking, we will set you up inside with everything you need.Gluten free options can be requested in advance if required. Please note, however, wwe do not have seperate kitchen equipment to prepare gluten free meals.

BOOKINGS:Bookings of x30 or more require a pre-order a minimum of 7 days before the function date.BooBookings require a 30% deposit at time of booking. Your booking is NOT confirmed until your deposit has been paid. Deposits are non-refundable, unless cancelled and RBG is notified more that 7 days before the date of the event.To best service your event we require cconfirmed guest numbers no later than 7 days before your event. Should your guest numbers decrease, you will be charged based on the confirmed guests given 7 days from the booking.Our booOur bookings team works Monday - Friday 9am-4pm.
