As Station Manager, it is my responsibility to increase community involvement through effective local promotions and partnerships. Through Rick’s efforts as Assistant Athletic Director at Idaho State University, we have far exceeded our expectations. I have been most impressed by Rick’s enthusiasm and work ethic. He is tireless in reaching the high expectations and goals he sets for himself on behalf of Idaho State University. While he is diligent in his dedication to the University, he is also keenly aware of what needs to be done for every partnership to be mutually beneficial. His customer service skills are strong which results in a win-win situation for everyone. In addition, I have observed Rick’s organizational talents in relation to event coordination. During the hectic atmosphere of live sporting events, Rick effectively formulates and implements his plan to perfection. The result was increased attendance for the athletic programs, and a high quality experience for the fans.
