Terms and ConditionsB O O K I N G S A N D D E P O S I T S In order to confirm a function booking, a non-refundable $200 deposit is required. Thedeposit will be deducted from the final payment.

Upon payment of your deposit your are here-by agreeing to the terms and conditionslisted within this document for your event at the Kiama Leagues Club.

Booking must be made no less than two weeks prior to event date.

F I N A L N U M B E R S A N D C A T E R I N G Confirmation of final numbers, menu and full payment must be made no later than 7days prior to the function date. Final charges will be based on the confirmed finalnumbers unless more people are added.

D E C O R A T I O N S Add that special individual touch to your function by bring your own decorations, suchas, LED candles, balloons, flowers or centre pieces. Please only use blu-tac if hangingitems on walls. Confetti will not be allowed

A U D I O V I S U A LOur function rooms have built in projectors and screens for your use. It isrecommended that you come in earlier to test AV equipment. You can also use our inhouse speakers to play music through your phone or laptop. Please note that ourprojectors and screens use a HDMI cable to connect. If your device does not have anHDMI plug please bring an adaptor.

E N T E R T A I N M E N T We have a large stage you can use for entertainment. The stage is big enough for afive piece band. Please note that smoke machines are not permitted.

Any cancellations made within 14 days of a function booking will not be entitled to arefund of the deposit paid.

C A N C E L L A T I O N

B U M P I N / O U TBump in times will be organised with your Event Manager and will depend on otherbookings. If you require deliveries or pick-ups, please advise us prior to your event.We have limited storage on site, however if you do require to store any itemsovernight for collection the following day this can be arranged. Please note, itemsstored are done so at your own risk; Kiama Leagues Club accepts no liability for lossor damage of property.

C O V I D R E G U L A T I O N S Please be aware that we have to abide by all laws and restrictions in regards toCOVID 19. If the Kiama Leagues Club believes that your booking does not meet allCOVID requirements we will cancel the event. If a deposit has been made we willreschedule the event or refund the full deposit amount. Please be aware that if anyguests are not following the directions of our staff and breaching our clubs policiesthey will be asked to leave the venue.
