THEME RATIONALESince the introduction of the Soul, the Kia story has been a study in transformation. The revolution in product design and technology has powered changes in every aspect of the brand.

Most importantly, it has converted Kia dealers into true believers. Thrilled by their own good business sense (or good fortune), they're now leveraging the benefits of their transformed product line and achieving breakthroughs in sales, market share, dealer profits, and customer satisfaction.

So ... at last, Kia has achieved the mindshift you've always wanted! With this dealer force now fully engaged in the Kia brand, the battle cry is no longer "transform your business." Today it's "POWER FORWARD!"

POWER FORWARD is the theme we propose for the next Kia Dealer Meeting.

It captures the feeling of the moment as you press your advantage as the industry's rising star.

POWER FORWARD captures the drive and confidence of the Kia brand today, as you seize the opportunity of a recovering economy. This theme also provides a nice segue to topical issues such as:

> Advanced powertrain technologies (GDI, 6AT)

> The cool, lifestyle-amplifying benefits of UVO

> Tools and programs to generate powerful returns from fixed operations

> Powerful marketing and advertising

POWER FORWARD, of course, also touches on your relationship with the NBA, which (we've got to say it) rose to new heights with Blake Griffin's gravity-defying slam dunk. And we'll be sure to leverage this amazing moment in this year's show.

Finally, POWER FORWARD does what a good theme should do. It serves as a call to action, inspiring Kia dealers to take their business to the next level.

// PRE-EVENT COMMUNICATIONSThe first touch-point with your dealers this year should be fresh, instill excitement and communicate clearly and simply. From the Save the Date to the Pre-Trip Communication Package, GO! will ensure a consistent message and distinctive look to every touch-point leading up to the event. We are setting the tone that a celebration is on the horizon.

SAVE THE DATE

An HTML e-mail blast will pique curiosity and let the audience know that they need to put this week on their calendars.

A Save the Date Postcard with similar artwork will arrive in dealerships during the same week.

INVITATION

An HTML invitation will follow a month later formally announcing the location and intentions for the dealer meeting. The invitation will alert dealers that the registration web site is open.

REGISTRATION WEB SITE

A fully-customized, functional and user-friendly registration web site will capture all the necessary information and be the basis of a two-way communication with the dealers and invited guests.

PRE-TRIP COMMUNICATION PACKAGE

This mailing will arrive in dealerships two weeks prior to the event. It will include a cover letter with registration details and hotel confirmation numbers.

THE STAGE ENVIRONMENT: A WORLD OF POTENTIAL

It's not just the strength of Kia today that motivates dealers to do their best. What really excites them is seeing the potential in Kia to become a mainstream powerhouse.

Our stage design will help them see what Kia is made of -- by revealing the potential behind the tiger grille. To unleash this potential, we propose using a thrilling new visual technology: Projection Map-ping. Projection Mapping gives us the ability to precisely match our projected visuals to shapes, contours on depths of the three-dimensional set. As far as your visual cortex knows, it is truly a "stage come to life."

With its massive scale, mapping precision and hyper-real 3D visuals, Projection Mapping can truly alter your perception of reality – convincing you, for example, that you're seeing solid objects rather than just projected light. (No 3D glasses required.)

Projection Mapping doesn’t just draw you in – it can actually Power Forward toward the audience in jaw-dropping 3D. And that's perfect for this meeting!

In addition to this groundbreaking projection technology, our set incorporates laser technology to create a powerful sense of power surging between the screen and the audience.

Page 10: KIA Dealer Meeting

WALK-IN: A SOLID SYMBOL OF STRENGTH

During walk-in, we'll use Projection Mapping to create a giant, 3D image of the distinctive Kia tiger grille. With shadowing, shading and what appears to be a reflection of the ballroom in the grille's chrome surfaces, the grille appears quite convincingly to be a solid (rather than projected) form. The shining tiger grille is the symbol of Kia's brand strength and (literally) the leading edge of Kia's transformed image.

OPENING MODULE: POWER FORWARD

Get ready to experience the unleashed power of Kia. As the house lights fade, a bright SHIMMER plays over the grille. Mysterious music, alive with potential, builds, as a red glow of light rises behind the mesh, piquing our curiosity. Just what is behind that grille?

On a musical STING, ribbons of laser light appear from behind the grille. They rotate, casting their beams overhead.

Powerful drum beats motivate brief FLASHES – showing what's really behind the grille—in brief, hyper-realistic images. These might include:

> assembly line at West Point

> design team crowded around a model (they appear GIANT behind the grille)

> Michelle Wie smacks gold ball – cut to GOLF BALL flying out of grille up over head.

> Helicopter from "One Epic Ride" flies overhead, as we see Optima dangling from grappling line.

> Hamstars, larger than life

Suddenly, a pair of GIANT Hamstar hands come out above and below the grille; the hands grasp it, and turn it on its axis (amazing the audience, who have perceived the grille as a solid object).

We're now looking FORWARD from behind the grille at the world ahead. We see amazing POV footage with lots of Kias driving by.

Everything behind the grille suddenly goes BLACK. The Grille then swings up like a garage door, reveal the full line of Kia vehicles, with FLASHBULBs going off all around them.

At stage right, a basketball hoop appears – at stage left, Blake Griffin. Blake jumps ... clears ALL of Kia's products, and makes a slam dunk.

Suddenly all the imagery disappears except for the grille, as we originally saw it ... in a mysterious glow.

TEXT APPEARS:

So. Are you ready to power forward?

After a beat, a GIANT basketball seems to bounce across the stage.

TEXT:

We thought so.

Hamstars appear behind the grille, high-fives all round.

TOM LOVELESS – WELCOME

Suddenly, a LASER cuts a doorway "open" in the grille. Out of it walks TOM LOVELESS.

Tom welcomes the dealers, thanks them and recaps what a great year it's been since they were last together in Vegas.

AIR RESERVATION SERVICESBased on the 2009 and 2010 Kia Dealer Meeting observations, only one dealer requested travel agency support, and no airline tickets were booked with the agency at all. Individuals find the most economical and flexible method for booking their own tickets is through their own dealership agency or on line. Should a need arise, GO! Productions will assist anyone that requests information regarding air travel with helpful suggestions from our Call Center.

TRAVEL MANIFESTSFrom information gathered from the website, we will generate a master itinerary. Arrival and departure manifests will include airport destination/origin, airline, flight time and any connecting flight information. Custom travel reports will be generated by the Housing and Transportation Manager and e-mailed weekly, or at requested intervals.

GROUND TRANSPORTATIONYour guests experience starts at the airport, where they will be warmly greeted and transported to the hotel. Efficient Ground Transportation management results from fluid interface with our chosen provider, ensuring that pristine equipment and knowledgeable staffing are the standard for arrivals, departures and group moves.

MANAGEMENT PLANSuccessful event management rests on both the KMA Team and GO! Productions’ ability to communicate all details of the event to each other and to our suppliers in a comprehensive and timely manner. At the “kickoff” meeting both the GO! Team and the KMA Team will review the scope of the project, define the roles and responsibilities of each team member, establish a regular meeting schedule and determine the most effective communication process throughout. A major goal in the process will be to identify the key elements of the timeline.

The scope of the Kia 2011 National Dealer Meeting is complex; therefore the Project Lead is backed up by a dedicated team to manage the myriad details that will be outlined in our critical path document, a dynamic document produced by the Project Lead to manage all vendors and provide Kia with an end-to-end view of milestone progress. See our team organizational chart on page 45.

ON-SITE MANAGEMENTThis is the culmination of all the planning and coordination for the event. Staff members are selected from the internal team and a professional resource pool that has industry expertise, experience with programs similar in scope and complexity, and the management of multiple vendors and high-level attendees.

The team’s ability to interface with strategic program partners ensures impeccable implementation of all elements and activities of the event. We will be providing a staff ratio of one staff per every 50 participants during program days one and three. For program day two we will be providing a staff ratio of one staff per every 25 participants (based on a three day schedule). Additionally, a VIP Administrator as well as a dedicated VIP Handler will be dedicated to the KMA and KMC VIP executives to coordinate and manage all of their individual requests.

LOGISTICS TEAMStaff members are cross-trained and involved in all program overviews. Each staff member is also fully briefed and trained on protocol and professional expectation. Seasoned event specialists at the top of their discipline are an extension of the pre-planning team. Staff members are selected for their particular talents in providing a high level of service for each area of on-site management. Food and beverage, hospitality services, transportation, activity management and VIP services are just some of the areas for which our staff is trained. While each person is chosen for their individual abilities and expertise, they are also chosen because they excel at working as part of a cohesive team to provide the utmost in service. Each person is imbued with a “whatever it takes” attitude to ensure the most positive and rewarding onsite experience for attendees.

REGISTRATION /INFORMATION CENTERThe hub of activity is the Registration/Information Center. As the “go-to” destination for necessary credentials, information packets and general information, our professional and friendly staff will go above and beyond to warmly greet, assist and resolve any issues for your guests. We select a location at the hotel that is conducive to easy access and available during specified hours for the duration of the conference.

To meet any special needs, we include a “troubleshooting” desk, to allow us to give special attention to someone who has a significant issue or challenge, so as not to hold up other guests who need to register.

GREETERS AND HOSTSProfessional, friendly and knowledgeable staff able to greet, direct and assist attendees perpetuates positive experience throughout the conference, whether at the host venue, off-site events, on buses or activities.

FOOD AND BEVERAGEWell placed and prepared food-and-beverage events provide not only social environments but are crucial to keeping schedules on track. A comfortable and pleasant environment for breaks, meals and receptions sets the stage for well-presented cuisine. Ensuring that basics are covered such as timely set up, crowd control and food replenishment, our experienced staff see all events through to their conclusions and maintain a high level of communication with the venue at all times.

Our menu selection (shown on pages _____) has been selected to reflect the best of Las Vegas’ acclaimed culinary cuisine specialties, giving the dealers a unique experience.

MEASUREMENT: QUALITY & SERVICE STANDARDSGO! recognizes that KMA has reasonable expectations that we will perform satisfactorily in all areas of event management as outlined for Kia 2011 National Dealer Meeting. We are committed to excellence and will partner with KMA to develop a service standards model in order to guarantee 100% Customer Satisfaction. GO! will also collaborate with KMA to create program evaluations for a survey that will be conducted on site. We will manage the collection and tabulation of the evaluation data into an easy-to-read dashboard summary.

GO! also has e-survey capabilities and can capture critical data during the registration process. We will collaborate with KMA to create post-program evaluations and establish the questions required to capture valuable data. Timely collection and tabulated results are easily accessed through our system.

DEALER PAYMENTOur registration system has the capacity to receive and confirm Dealer payment for registration and their first night hotel room and tax. Daily financial reports are reviewed and reconciled against actual charges to provide a comprehensive accounting of all monies received and all costs associated with credit card, gateway account and merchant account fees. Refunding will be available based on criteria and per-case decisions as established between GO! Productions and KMA. Post conference, once all charges have cleared and any outstanding issues resolved, a final reconciliation report will be generated along with a full list of final paid attendees.

OUR PROCESSThe emphasis on stringing “Moments” throughout experiential communication concepts and immersive marketing strategies enables GO! to take an explosive approach to solving each communications challenge. However, we do not reinvent the wheel each time we begin the creative and production process. Rather, we draw upon our talent and experience to develop a powerful, choreographed and focused strategy for each unique opportunity.

The GO! creative process employs a unique mix of escapism, education, aesthetics and entertainment tactics – ultimately leading us to a solution influenced by one of four communication strategies: experiential communications, immersive marketing strategies, active interaction or passive interaction. Using simple and straightforward parameters of experience-based marketing, GO! focuses on “Moments”, unbound by pre-ordained thinking or pre-packaged creative and production products.

Our work is developed and continually checked against five directives:

01_ THEME THE EXPERIENCE

02_ HARMONIZE IMPRESSIONS

03_ ELIMINATE NEGATIVE CUES

04_ MIX VALUES WITH BELIEFS

05_ ENGAGE ALL FIVE SENSESFlexibility. We love it. You’ll love it. It’s one of the hallmarks of our company. We strive to be as flexible as possible to meet the dynamic nature of Kia. Our teams will establish client communication preferences, production schedules and methodologies that adapt to your needs, not ours, throughout the creative and production process.

ABOUT GO!GO! concentrates creative and production management efforts on creating a series of live “Moments,” designed to add impact, retention and recall, and to serve as connections and expanders to a sequence of executive-level presentations. These “Moments,” all unique, are choreographed, high-energy theatrical and/or mixed media-based interlockers or mid-presentation punctuations strategically placed to electrically summarize the core messaging – bringing shaped content into a singular point of sharpened focus. “Moments” create the condensed and memorable content bubbles audience take away from the live event, returning them to their place of work and spreading their energy, motivation and focus among individuals assigned to bring forth the event’s directives. This, then, forms a collective effort which effectively and efficiently moves the needle in the direction desired.

HISTORICAL OVERVIEWGO! Productions LLC has been in operation since January 1999. We created a company of our choosing, based on our collective experience of what it takes to succeed in our business – to create an enabled culture of endless opportunities for both employees and clients. Job 001 at GO! was for InterContinental Hotels Group, Job 002 was for The Coca-Cola Company and Job 003 was for Porsche Cars North America. Now, as we approach Job 1,000, we’ve added Kia and a host of other great brands to our client roster. However, we are most proud to say that we continue work with our first three clients listed above.

In June 2004, we expanded to the West Coast, opening an office in Long Beach. In September 2006, Radiate Group, a global network of experiential marketing agencies and a wholly owned entity of the Omnicom Group, became a GO! minority partner. This partnership allows us to operate independently (and remain lean and mean), while offering our clients a vast network of resources and agency services, on both domestic and international levels. As a result of this partnership, we have opened satellite offices to serve clients in the Charlotte and New York City regions.
