Job description :

Responsible for kiln and cement process to achieve the production targets and KPI by adjusting optimizing the kiln process including guiding for the CCR operators and training them on kiln and mill trouble shooting .

Write the operation procedures for kiln and mill , monitoring the kiln & mill parameters to reach the max production and reducing energy consumption levels .

Analyze the process problems and find solutions for them and write RCA for problems

Responsible for commissioning for ASEC projects including (new equipment’s and training for CCR operators, commissioning trouble shooting , running PGT test .

Managing the commissioning team and attending the commissioning meetings.

Training and evaluating CCR operators on ASEC projects Write process reports and case studies

Tasks Preparing for the coal mill projects and analyzing the kiln

process state and trouble shooting for the process problems inThe plant .

Job description

Monitoring for kiln parameters and solving for process problems and making analysis for problem trends

Operate the kiln,cooler ,by bass ,main EP,clincker silo extraction ,Mill feed ,mill , reclaimer coal mill , cement mill from CCR

Adjust the kiln and raw mill parameters to achieve the requiredTargets

Adjust the kiln and raw mill parameters to achieve the requiredTargets (include vibration analysis for raw mill or medium voltage fans )Take initiative and propose solutions for improvements conside-ring use of new technologies and equipment Promote and support optimal use of AFRs and petcoke with impact studies on process, clinker quality and emissions.

Maintain manufacturing quality by equipment adjustment based on process input at the mimic and the quality analysis from laboratory

Organize the production technician Ensure all activities are done in safe condition Prepare down time reports
