which provided the interventionist with each
student’s overall math level and information to create
action plans to target instruction for individual
students.

Responsive ClassroomPreliminary Data Collection and Analysis
● There have been a total of 412 discipline incidents recorded in our Student information system for Keyport Central School.
● Only 11 total incidents involved students regularly engaging in Responsive Classroom practices in school. Those incidents involved only 5 individual students.
● In addition there has been only 1 founded HIB case involving a student that engages in Responsive Classroom practices at KCS.
● This data does NOT indicate causation, however, it is a notable correlation that will continue to be monitored and explored.
● More qualitative and quantitative data will be collected and analyzed.
Goal 3: KCS Schedule Analysis▪ To review the KCS Schedule to determine
possibility of inclusion of dedicated time for Responsive Classroom and Intervention
Goal 3: KCS Schedule Analysis▪ February 2020: Creation of Scheduling
