Installation Manual Gauge Switch Unit Double-sided Tape
Choose the position where you want to install the D1 Spec gauge. Pls confirm that the driver’s sight will not be hindered especially when installing multiple sets of products at the same time.Pull the electric wires along the route of shortest distance to the planned installation position.Clean the area where the gauge will be mounted. Keep the area dry and clean.Use proper detergent (for example, alcohol or silicon ester remover) to remove all grease spot and dirt.Remove all grease spot and dirt on the gauge and its installation position of the car.Take down the protective film on double-sided sticker and carefully paste the gauge to scheduled installation spot.Pls try to avoid repeatedly using the double-sided sticker because it will reduce its adhesion.

1. Install power & engine tachometer signal wire.Tachometer sensor
1. Pls be sure to set cylinder number or the tachometer will not display properly.

4. Presss - 2 seconds at normal mode come into cylinders setting mode.Peak LED & warning LED will wrinkle by turn at setting mode, setting number of cylinders indicate by indicator. Finish setting mode automaticly over when 5 secs. no action.It will be setted at the number the indicator toward finally.
4. Connect terminal back to negative of battery.
2. Default is 4 cylinders, other than 4 cylinders, pls set in accordance with flollowing. 3. After setting done, it will memory your setting, even if it’s disconnected.

Pls wrap with Teflon tape 1. Locate the pressure switch installed on the engine block 2. Remove the located pressure switch 3. Wraped the thread(1/8PT) of the adapter with Teflon tape and install it into the hole from the pressure switch that was removed. 4. After wraping the thread (1/8PT) with Teflon tape, install the pressure switch and the attached pressure sensor into the adapter.5. Start the engine and ensure that oil is not leaking from the pressure sensor.

1. the rubber hose attached to the sensor should be as short as possible. 2.Attach the sensor with bolts in the engine compartment in an area where it will not be subject to excess heat or vibration.If need high accuracy, it is not recommended to install the sensor in engine compartment.3. Access to the air pressure intake may be obtained between the surge tank and the fuel regulator. 4. Detach the vacuum hose from the surge tank side that has less pressure oscillations and correct it to the three way joint.
Warning: To avoid disconnection of rubber hose and air leak, attach hose clamps or use tie to secure the adjacent hose in the engine compartment. Disconnected hose or air leak could cause damage to the engine.Confirmation: The sensor must be installed being the rubber hose connection side faced down.For vehicles which have a solenoid valve between the surge tank and the fuel pressure regulator, place the three way joint closer to the surge tank side than to the solenoid side.
1. Dismantle the fitting. Do not cruch the bushing inside the fitting.2. Pass the sensor through the bushing and fitting nut and attach the sensor fitting to the exhaust mainfold. Adjust the end of the sensor fitting so that it will be positioned in the center of the exhaust pipe to which it is attached.
