2750 Downhill Plaza #205 Steamboat Springs, CO 80487 August 16, 2014 New England Treatment Access, Inc. 45 Orchard Rd. Swampscott, MA 01907 NETA Board of Directors- I hereby tender my resignation as a Member, Director, and Officer of New England Treatment Access, Inc. It is with a heavy heart that I have arrived at this decision. But given the current climate regarding the error I included in my resume, I feel that this action is necessary to ensure that NETA’s mission to deliver the highest quality patient education and cannabis therapies continue unencumbered. Without NETA’s participation in the Massachusetts Medical Marijuana Program, registered qualifying patients will be forced to forego services essential to their health and well-being far longer than they already have, and interminably longer than they deserve. The voters of this State spoke loudly and clearly in 2012 when they passed the Medical Marijuana Initiative by a margin of nearly 2-1. To threaten the Board’s shared vision of service to this initiative for the sake of my role alone is not acceptable for me. I am certain of NETA’s success in the pursuit of these goals, as it is my opinion that there is no organization in the United States possessive of truer philanthropic motivation, better people, and finer facilities than you. I wish everyone involved with NETA the best and I look forward to reading the testimonials of those patients whose lives you have changed. My Sincerest Regards- Kevin Fisher
