We would love to see what you have been up to, so please upload pictures onto your

Seesaw journals!

Topic:Geography - What is deforestation? Create a leaflet to inform others about what it is, where in the world it is happening, the effects of it on the environment/habitats/animals. What can be done to help reduce this?(Make sure you have researched and planned how you want your finished leaflet to look like - it must have pictures/diagrams too)History - What animals are extinct? What caused them to become extinct? Pick one animal and then create/record your own news report (with props!) to tell us all about it.Music - Create your own jungle playlist suitable for your adventures through the jungle where you will encounter lots of different animals!RE - Look at the story of Noah’s Ark and the symbols in the story - the dove/rainbow. What do you think they represent? What can we learn from this story?DT - Merge two jungle animals patterns together to make your own new jungle animal! E.g. Zebra stripes with the texture of a snake. Create this using different materials around your house - think about what you want it to look/feel like. Write a couple of sentences to then explain which animals you have merged and why. Art - Pick 6 different animals that can be found in the jungle and recreate them in your own animal pattern. You can do this by drawing the animal patterns, painting them, using junk modelling ect.

We are learning about: Animals in the world around

us!
