Aqua Deep: Get the benefits of a high-energy cardio
aqua class without any impact on your joints while recruit-ing your abdominal muscles to maintain proper body alignment and technique during class. Your body is fully suspended in deep water – with the assistance of a buoy-ancy belt – which enables you to work on your range of motion and execution of moves.
Aqua Hybrid: This energizing, total body aquatic
workout can be performed in the shallow and/or deep water. Strengthen your body using the principles of the water leaving you feeling balanced and strong. This class is a fun, easy way to get fit for life.
Aqua Hybrid HIIT: This energizing class offers a
variety of high intensity interval training drills designed to shock your system and break through plateaus. Per-formed in deep and/or shallow water.
BANG Power Dance™ is a high-intensity, music-
driven group fitness class that uses branded weighted gloves (1 and 1 1/2 lb.) designed exclusively for BANG Power Dance/Freedom Group Exercise, and injects interval training into the choreography to take the cardio dance experience to a whole new level!
Chair Yoga: Move your whole body through a complete
series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and stand-ing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Gentle Yoga: This class will introduce basic yoga
poses with a gentle approach. This format focuses on placid yoga poses that are easy on the joints. This a great starter class for beginners.
H.I.I.T: This class is a type of high intensity interval
training that includes a variety of drills to shock your system and break through plateaus. Various drills are performed to enhance muscular endurance and cardio-vascular strength.
Kettlebell: Talk about a total body workout! This class
will get your heart rate up and challenge your entire body in a way that is much different than your normal training routine. This interval style class will give you the best of both cardiovascular and resistance training all in one hour.

Express: This class combines 30 minutes of Body
Combat and 30 minutes of Body Pump. :provides the vital ingre-dient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything togeth-er. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with re-sistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
Silver Sneakers® Circuit: Experience standing,
low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level, and your instructor can adapt the exercises depending on your skill.
Silver Sneakers® Classic: Increase muscle
strength and range of movement, and improve activi-ties for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level.
STRONG by Zumba™ is a high intensity interval

STRONG by Zumba™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. All centers have a limited amount of equipment available. Participation is on a first come, first served basis. Group Fitness participants must
be age 14 or older. Those age 12 & 13 may participate if supervised by an adult.
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing and appropriate shoes.
Classes are suited for all fitness levels unless noted in the description.
