SUITE HOLDER AND ADMINISTRATORPlease appoint one person as the administrator to place all food orders and communicate to suite guests and co-owners (if applicable). We also suggest the administrator appoint a game-day contact for the catering staff should questions arise.

ADVANCE ORDERING INFORMATIONPlease place your order a minimum of one week before the event to ensure item availability and the utmost in presentation, service and quality. Orders placed less than 72 hours in advance must be made from the Game Day Menu. We rotate all beverage selections based on availability. We will substitute products with a product equal to or with a greater value. Suite holders must purchase beer/wine outside of the listed offerings by the case and confirm 10 days in advance. The guest will have the ability to use this purchase throughout the season.

CANCELLATIONSThere may be times when it is necessary to cancel an order. We will not charge you for a canceled order if you give at least a 24-business hour notice to Kellogg Catering prior to the event. Orders canceled less than 24 business hours in advance may be subject to full charges. Special orders cannot be canceled without a charge.

ALCOHOL SERVICE POLICIES AND PROCEDURESWe do not allow guests to bring alcohol into the stadium. MSU Police enforce the stadium alcohol policies and procedures.

Guests may order alcohol before the game with the suite catering representative or may purchase alcohol at the cash bar in the lobby of level seven. Alcohol sales start two hours before kick-off and end at the beginning of the third quarter (end of halftime). Guests may not consume alcohol in bottles or cans. We provide cups in the suites for alcohol consumption. Guests may order beer and wine for delivery during the designated game service hours. We can deliver one individual drink per person or up to two bottles of wine to the suite per order. MSU team members reserve the right to check for proper identification and may refuse service to persons who appear intoxicated. Each suite holder is responsible for prohibiting underage persons and intoxicated individuals from consuming alcoholic beverages in their suites. Suite holders may forfeit the right to their suite if an alcohol violation occurs.

MENU DELIVERYYou may schedule your food to arrive anytime based on your group’s needs. You may order additional items off the Game Day Menu during the event. Your suite server will periodically visit the suite during the event to refresh supplies and attend to your service requests.

ORDERING ADDITIONAL ITEMSIf you need to order additional items, please see the Game Day Menu. Please allow one hour for delivery. You must order all items before halftime. Items are available while supplies last.

SERVICE CHARGE AND SALES TAXWe will add an applicable service charge of 21 percent and the 6 percent Michigan sales tax to all food and beverage charges.

GRATUITYShould you choose to reward your suite server with a service gratuity, you may do so onsite on a cash basis with the server.

ARRANGEMENTS FOR PAYMENTFor ease of billing, we require a university account, an approved direct-billed account or a credit card number. If your organization would like to establish billing privileges, please contact us for the appropriate paperwork. Direct billing applications take at least 14 days to process.
