It’s one o’clock on a week day.

They’re in the…
Hot Zone!
We missed a couple of deadlines last year.
This year, we’re raising the temperature every afternoon at 1pm.
We’re running the queue and walking the halls.◦ PNCA, PCA, RFC, AS—expect a call.
Hot Zone!
We’re contacting the ORS ADs,◦ Then the GMs and BMs,◦ Then the PIs if necessary.
Why are you in the Hot Zone and what can we do to help?
We’re collecting the “whys” and the “whats.”
Hot Zone!
We all know North Carolina is a great State.
But do you know the greatest state?
Hot Zone!
Submitted!

SPS Updates
From RAD Memo 09/16/15:
We know that change can be difficult, but it may help to know that 2/3 of legacy users have already successfully made the transition to SPS Web. The support calls have been few and the positive comments have been numerous.
We attribute this to our amazing SPS Web Working Group! They guided us through the port, identifying gaps, simplifying processes, and suggesting ways to optimize the user experience. We can’t thank them enough!
