Late Fee: Booking in a timely manner allows us to properly staff for all our activities. There will be a $35 non-refundable late fee paid at the same time as the party deposit, when the deposit is paid less than 15 days prior to the date of the party. This is a separate charge and does not reduce the balance due the day of the party. *During Gym activities, paid party guests under 36 months are not permitted in the Gym, under 4 years not permitted in Survival Island, and under 5 years not permitted on Top Roping (Rock Climb), but they may play in the Kids Fun Factory for no additional charge. Guests over 14 years (including Parents) are not permitted on the gym/rock floor. TRIO Party has no top roping (rock climb).

Kids Fun Factory: 30, 60, or 90 minutes. Age: 12 mos. To 11 years.* Three stories of challenge & excitement: Quake Tube, Balance Bridge, Web Climb, Trolley Ride, Power Ball Challenge, Ball Pits, Tunnels, 20 foot Spiral Slide, & lots more! Special games with your own Party Host!

Gym B: 30 mins. in the Gymnastics Area: Age: 36 mos. To 14 years * ✰Jump on the giant 40 foot Tumble Tramp! ✰52 ft. Inflatable Circus Train Obstacle Course! ✰Challenge our Gymnastics Obstacle Course! Rock Wall Climbing: 60 minutes in the Rock Gym. Age: 5- 14 years* ✰Harness Up for the 20’ Top Rope Rock Climb! ✰Challenge the Giant Cargo Net & Foam Pit! ✰Includes parallel play in Survival Island during climbing time.

The Kids will need:_ _ A SIGNED PERMISSION FORM FOR THIS PARTICULAR PARTY _ _ (Insurance Requirement). Clean, dry socks in the Kids Fun Factory, bare feet in the Gymnastics Area or Rock Climbing. Comfortable play clothes. Wire rim glasses not permitted in gym. Please no face/body paint. No hats, caps, scarves, or hard hair ties please.We welcome those with special needs. For safety, no casts, stitches, or braces permitted in the play area. Since adults are NOT permitted in the Gym or Rock / SI areas, those with Special Needs canenjoy our program more if parents inform Mr. Kehler in writing as far in advance of your party as possible (usually 30 days). Please make sure that none of your guests come injured or sick. Adults are permitted to play with the children in the Kids Fun Factory, but even in this case it is best if we are aware of all Special Children, so we can prepare our staff. All Special requests marked “To Mr. Kehler’s Attention” please.

The coaches reserve the right to restrict participation based on injury or behavior, according to our insurance or safety rules.

The Rules:Mom must have gobs of fun and worry for nothing! (That’s why you have a host!)

The kids must all go home with big smiles. (We charge extra if they look really, really happy.) No alcohol or smoking! (Hey this is a kid’s place and we don’t want you to have that much fun!) No one over 14 years allowed in the Gym, Rock, or Survival Island Parties. (We know you can still do that double back flip but don’t show up the kids on their birthday!). We provide seating only for the children. Seating is provided for the last 30 mins. of the party. (No couch potatoes!) Read your party confirmation letter. You’ll enjoy the day more if you clearly understand our policies and safety rules before the day of the party. Deposits are nonrefundable. No strollers or high chairs, helium tanks, costumed characters, pinatas, entertainers, electrical appliances, coffee pots, stereos, TV’s, knives, animals, etc. Guests may not bring in outside food or beverages.

Kehler’s Party Registration FormI have carefully read all of the party information on this flyer and additionally agree that:I must call by phone or in person to schedule the party and then complete the ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM, before I will receive my party confirmation email. I will carefully read the party flyer, and the confirmation e-mail. My guests and I will obey all the rules. The balance is due at the beginning of the party. KGC is not responsible for black outs or other unforeseen events which may interfere with my party. KGC reserves the right to change/close activities, when it deems necessary, with no change in price. KGC may cancel the party entirely, with no refund, should there be a failure of the customer or their guests to obey rules or instructions or if payment is not made im-mediately when requested. KGC may make changes in schedules or provide a refund and cancel party when there are KGC schedule conflicts. The customer is responsible for their belongings and those of their guests and will hold KGC Inc. and it’s employees harmless for any personal or economic loss. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that all their guests leave with the correct shoes. Access to the seating area is only provided for the last 30 minutes.
