Most dedicated providers will allow you to redline a contract

with them if there are specific things you require, however

this is more common with multi-tenant services.

Be certain that you still own your data

especially in a service or mt setup.

There should be some language in your terms

that state you still retain ownership of your

data, if not, ask that it be put there.

If your data location changes (multi-tenant), how does it clean up/destroy? What is done with old backups?
