PHASE 1CONTENT DISCOVERY MEETING

In this 4 Hour meeting, we help you find exactly what you need to say, and where to place the most important things on your website. We will also finalize what high quality opt-in offers we will create.

• Establish Website Main Navigation

• Determine Opt-In Offers & Video Locations to Film Them

• Create a List of Content to Write / Content for Dr. Paige to Provide

• We will schedule dates for video, photography and due dates for content

• Our goal here is to create the overal structure of the website. opt-ins and brand goals so we know exactly where we’re going.

PHASE 2CONTENT, PHOTOS & VIDEO

An effective website communicates cleary the overal message. Through a mix of photography, content and vido we will tell your patients & potential patients exactly what you want them to know about you.

• All content that you are responsible for will be due before the design of the website.

• Bryce will be present on your scheduled photoshoot and video shoot to direct and mangage the project.

• Location: TBD• Your quote includes 10

article written of no more than 650 words for the start of your project.

PHASE 3INITIAL DESIGN PROOF OF YOUR WEBSITE

After all content has been received by you and copywriting is finished, design will begin. It is essential to have all final photos, videos and content or we will delay designign the website.

• Design proofs are broken down into sections. The first design proof will be of the home page. Once approval is made upon the home page design, all of the inner pages will follow that styling. Any major changes made to the home page after this will result in delaying the project and potential costs if the changes are unreasonable.

• The inner pages will include our op-in offers, service offerings, contact, about and blog pages. Once those pages are designed, we will proof and make any requested changes.

PHASE 4THE LAUNCH OF YOUR BRAND NEW WEBSITE

This is the most exciting part of the process. All of your hard work will show, and we’ll be ready to share your message with the world. Final payment will be due before the launch of your website is initiated.

• At this point all of the changes we will make are completed. The website will officially be handed over to you and your team OR you can sign up for one of our maintenace contracts.

• We encourage you to sign up for a 6 month Facebook launch to drive traffic to your website and grow your page likes, engagement and following.
