![Page 3: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED.

![Page 25: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview.
![Page 26: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview. Urology 1995;46(3 Suppl A): 34-40 Berry SJ, Coffey DS, Walsh PC, Ewing LL The development](https://reader034.fdocuments.us/reader034/viewer/2022042405/5f1d196efb57a968285ff2a3/html5/thumbnails/26.jpg)
« normal »
![Page 27: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview.
![Page 37: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview.
oui ! Etes vous gênés ?
![Page 38: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview.

mictionnelle,
– La cystoscopie: TUBA irritatif / hématurie
– Prise en charge chirurgicale
– La biopsie prostatique
![Page 42: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview. Les éléments du choix thérapeutique
• La maladie: histoire naturelle de l’HBP
• Le malade: facteurs de risque évolutif
• Les traitements:
– Caractère invasif
– Efficacité
– Effets secondaires
![Page 43: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview. Urology 1995;46(3 Suppl A): 34-40 Berry SJ, Coffey DS, Walsh PC, Ewing LL The development](https://reader034.fdocuments.us/reader034/viewer/2022042405/5f1d196efb57a968285ff2a3/html5/thumbnails/43.jpg)
L'abstention et la surveillance
• TR
• PSA - chaque 12-18 mois
• Echographie
• Evaluation des symptômes
• Débitmétrie
• Rôle du généraliste
Patient:
•Non gêné
•Non demandeur
de traitement
![Page 44: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview. Urology 1995;46(3 Suppl A): 34-40 Berry SJ, Coffey DS, Walsh PC, Ewing LL The development](https://reader034.fdocuments.us/reader034/viewer/2022042405/5f1d196efb57a968285ff2a3/html5/thumbnails/44.jpg)
HBP : Quel traitement médical ?
• Alpha-bloquants,
• Extraits de plante,
• Inhibiteur de la 5 alpha-réductase,
Comment choisir ? Sur quels critères ?
![Page 45: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview. Urology 1995;46(3 Suppl A): 34-40 Berry SJ, Coffey DS, Walsh PC, Ewing LL The development](https://reader034.fdocuments.us/reader034/viewer/2022042405/5f1d196efb57a968285ff2a3/html5/thumbnails/45.jpg)
![Page 46: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview. Urology 1995;46(3 Suppl A): 34-40 Berry SJ, Coffey DS, Walsh PC, Ewing LL The development](https://reader034.fdocuments.us/reader034/viewer/2022042405/5f1d196efb57a968285ff2a3/html5/thumbnails/46.jpg)
Quelle dose utiliser ?
Peu de données,… et de toute façon
peu de dosages disponibles
![Page 47: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview. Urology 1995;46(3 Suppl A): 34-40 Berry SJ, Coffey DS, Walsh PC, Ewing LL The development](https://reader034.fdocuments.us/reader034/viewer/2022042405/5f1d196efb57a968285ff2a3/html5/thumbnails/47.jpg)
Effets secondaires
![Page 48: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview. Urology 1995;46(3 Suppl A): 34-40 Berry SJ, Coffey DS, Walsh PC, Ewing LL The development](https://reader034.fdocuments.us/reader034/viewer/2022042405/5f1d196efb57a968285ff2a3/html5/thumbnails/48.jpg)
![Page 49: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview. Urology 1995;46(3 Suppl A): 34-40 Berry SJ, Coffey DS, Walsh PC, Ewing LL The development](https://reader034.fdocuments.us/reader034/viewer/2022042405/5f1d196efb57a968285ff2a3/html5/thumbnails/49.jpg)
![Page 50: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview.
![Page 51: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview. TRAITEMENT MEDICAL COMBINE ET HBP
• Pour les patients qui ont une HBP :
– à risque évolutif
– Gênante peu ou non amélioré par une
monothérapie
• Mais effets secondaires et coût
![Page 53: K.CHETTIBI/ · Ziada A, Rosenblum M, Crawford ED. Benign prostatic hyperplasia: an overview. Urology 1995;46(3 Suppl A): 34-40 Berry SJ, Coffey DS, Walsh PC, Ewing LL The development](https://reader034.fdocuments.us/reader034/viewer/2022042405/5f1d196efb57a968285ff2a3/html5/thumbnails/53.jpg)
Traitement combiné
• Dans certaines conditions la combinaison de 2
classes thérapeutiques a un meilleur effet
symptomatique et de réduction du risque de
progression à long terme qu’une monothérapie
• TTT combiné court ou long?
