13. Strengths (in 100 words)

I consider humility and passion to achieve, are my core strengths. I always have

looked beyond what is obvious and available and pursued a perspective outside my

zone of work and comfort. My mission of life and passion has made me a self-

motivated, purpose driven individual. During my stint as an academic administrator I

have exhibited my skill of solving problems and my ability to take quick decisions. I

have leveraged my communication skill to work in a team and build consensus. My

commitment to learning has empowered me to dispense with the assigned

responsibilities. Above all those, emotional and social quotient are dominant

attributes of my personality.
