GONKA air cooled water chiller on truck at site

GONKA Screw compressor air cooled water cooling groups,

with its models in the range of high efficiency and high

capacity, are ideal for cooling operations related to comfort

and industrial purposes.

R22 , R134a or R407c options.

Compressors; Half hermetic screw compressors.

Compressors changing between 1 and 4 according to

cooling capacity.

Condenser; Highly efficient, original condenser situated in V

type and condensation provided through 900 cyclical and

low sound level axial fans situated in the open edge of the

condenser.

Evaporator; Shell- tube evaporator whose cooling liquid side

and water side have one-circuit, multiple transitional, two

mirrored construction.

Refrigerating Circuit; Cooling Circuit; Cooling circuit and

circuit elements entirely independent for every compressor.

Electrical Screen and Control Board; board including switch

and micro-processor controlled module and control cards

as well as elements such as systemic control elements and

Micro-processor based Control System; Full control over all

the cooling circuits. Connections on board through simplified

Chiller & Fan coil units are provided by GONKA

The most important feature of decorative type Fan-Coil units

is their use both with casing and without casing (concealed)

in every position. While ceiling cabinet and cabinet floor

types are mounted inside the room, concealed types are

mounted within ceilings or walls. Unit models which operate

both heating and cooling or only heating are available.

Low sound level; quality is high level for providing quiet study

environment.

Ideal acoustic and thermal insulation.

Outer casing; It is made from DKP sheet steel, outside and

inside of the unit are painted with electrostatic powder paint

against rust and external effects.

Internal frame; Mounting upon originally designed framework

made from galvanized steel together with battery, fan, motor

group, dried pan and dropper.

Battery; Copper pipe, aluminum fins.

Fan and engine group; 1 or 2 fans to provide required

! Boards which are made up of double skilled galvanized

iron in a standard way.

! Polyurethane insulated panels, which are 30 mm in

thickness, for thermal and acoustic insulation in a

! Heating and Cooling Coils; Seamless cooper tubes. In heating coils, 4 options: warm water, vapor, hot water, electrically heated; in cooling coils, 2 options: chilled water and DX (direct expansion).

! Dampers; Rigid aluminum frame in multi airfoil structure which is the least resistant against airflow. Rubber gaskets which reduce air leakage through blades to the minimum level.

! Fans; Statically and dynamically balanced aspirators and ventilators in double inlet belt driven centrifugal type. Forward curved fans in systems with low, medium and high duct pressures,.

! External Signal Control; GON units which can operate with any On/ Off humidistat. GOR units which can operate with CAREL active humidity probes and transmit relative humidity to the device as 4-20mA DC current.

! Drain Pump; Special pump controlled by micro-processor which prevents hot water from discharge while system is operating and during power failures.

! Vapor Distribution; Steam distribution transmitted to stainless steel vapor nozzle which is diametrically 32 mm and stuck into air handling unit or ductworks by a flexible, heat and humidity resistant hose through the exit of vapor humidifier.

! Vapor humidifiers used for moistening environment air

in the required level, are produced as two types, rational

and on/off types.

! World famous patented CAREL Humidifier Controllers

adjust entire system operation and operate the device in

the required capacity by monitoring drawn current,

operation time and water characteristic.

! Minimum energy consumption and periodical

maintenance requirement through automatic adjustment
