What is AIESEC?

AIESEC is the global youth network impacting the world through leadership development experiences. AIESEC has been facilitating youth leadership activities as well as international internships & volunteer experiences for over 65 years, developing a global learning environment across 124 countries & territories. What We Envision Peace and fulfilment of humankind's potential.

AIESEC’s Scope AIESEC is a global, non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Our members are interested in world issues, leadership and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, gender, sexual orientation, creed, religion, national, ethnic or social origin.

Youth to Business Forum is an event that takes place in multiple locations around the world; bringing top young

leaders together with business leaders, thought leaders, and experts for a conversation around pressing global issues with

the aim to generate new, but most importantly, actionable ideas to that will impact the world and its future.

What is Youth to Business Forum?

Our partner organisations engage with the youth delegates to give new perspectives on issues relating to the forum theme

through workshops, conversations and idea generation spaces. Youth and business are able to interact, exchange opinions and understand what is being done in the world already to address

the question of the day.

Top business and thought leaders from around the world are invited to share their knowledge with the delegates about the

chosen forum theme. This section of the day is delivered through short and powerful talks and aims to inspire delegates

and help to form their opinions for the rest of the day.

The youth delegates take their learnings and insights from the day into a space where they are able to generate ideas, ask challenging questions and give their opinions on the actions

that should be taken towards the theme of the day.

Our approach

This Kazakhstan Youth to Business Forum’s edition is all about opportunities. Youth is the main driver of innovation as we are bold, confident and empowered by our own motivation. We believe that opportunities are everywhere for us, we just need to grab them and take the responsibility. May 17th we gather the most prominent and inspiring speakers from all sectors. Efes Kazakhstan Did you know that Efes Kazakhstan was 16 years old in 2013?

Efes Kazakhstan has a leading position on the beer market of Kazakhstan. It is part of multinational group Efes Beer Group, which consists of 34 companies, producers of soft and alcoholic beverages. Efes Beer Group is a leader on the Turkish, East European CIS countries market.

Education First is an international education company that specializes in language training, educational travel, academic degree programs and cultural exchange. Turan University It was established July 24th 1992 in Almaty and is a core of the education corporation “Turan”.

The main goal of the corporation as association of higher educational and vocational institutions and non-governmental organisations is to create a unique integrated environment of accumulation of knowledge, competencies and professional skills for preparation of specialists in different areas.
