This project took inspiration from the Sufism
understanding of spirituality, its hierarchy of different
levels that makes it both powerful and influential, yet
stressing on the journey that one takes through these
levels to reach the divine. It also search for the
monumentally of the void, beleving that in today’s modern
city that is overloaded with sparkly buildings, void, silence
and simplicity become the true monument.
