Today, it has grow intomanufacturing and sale of frozen food products such as spring roll pastries, wanton and dumpling pastries, glutinous rice balls, stuffed pancakes, rolls, buns and loaves, pita breads, frieds, wedges and veggies, sauces, curries and mantou, among others mostly under the name of "Kawan" and "KG Pastry".

Corporate structure begins with the chief executive officer(CEO) as the head of the organization. Under the CEO is the director. The director is responsible for three main designations of the company, namely audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee. He is also in charge of ensuring the smooth running of the companys activities based on the instructions received by the CEO and will delegate actions to be perform by the main designations mentioned earlier. This three units is an answerable person to director and director is responsible to monitor all three units. The role of audit committee is monitoring choice of accounting policies and principles, Overseeing the performance of theinternal auditfunction& discussingrisk managementpolicies and practices with management.

The remuneration committee is responsible for all elements of the remuneration of the executive directors and the chairman of the company, including pension rights and compensation payments, and should monitor the level and structure of remuneration for the senior management of the group. Lastly the responsibilities of nomination committee is nominating persons or things held up for judgment by others as to their comparative quality or value, objective being to update, set, and maintain high and possibly new standards. All of the unit have their own advantage to be at the organization. If one sector is missing or not performing their work perfectly, the KAWAN Food Berhad will not completely perform their work and the operation will be delayed.

KAWAN FOOD BERHAD has come up with paratha with 4 new taste, the most delicious frozen paratha. The 4 different taste are onion, whole meal, flakey & chilli + garlic paratha. Kawans paratha comes in a two different packaging 1packet of 5 pieces and 1packet of 25 pieces. 80 gram for every piece. All this 4 new taste will give you an extra delicious on every bites. You can simply choose any taste that you like. You also can eat a different paratha everyday so will not boring with only a plain paratha. The way on how to cook is just the same as simple as ABC. The plain paratha only contain a basic ingredient like flour, water, margarine, sugar, salt and baking powder while the improve paratha with 4 new taste contain a basic ingredient and also some extra ingredient like onion, whole meal flour , chilli, and also garlic.
