1) As the elected Clerk-Treasurer, I am responsible per Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter361 for delinquent property tax sales

2) On December 20, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) ordered delinquentproperties to be sold per Resolution 2018R-065 (hereafter "Order"). See Attachment A.

3) In compliance with the Order and NRS Chapter 361, notice of the sale was mailed to thelegal owners and interested parties of the delinquent properties on December 21,2018. See Attachment B 12-21-18 sample Notice.

4) In compliance with the Order and NRS Chapter 361, notice of the sale of the delinquentproperties was published in the Record Courier on March 2, 9, 16 and 23, 2018. SeeAttachment C, Affidavit of posting.

A RESOLTUION ORDERING AND DIRECTING THE COUNTY TREASURER TO SELL PROPERTIES HELD IN TRUST BY THE COUNTY TREASURER PURSUANT

TO NRS 361.595

WHEREAS, the County Treasurer has provided notice to properties listed therein as provided in NRS 361.5648 and NRS 361.565;

WHEREAS, the County Treasurer has issued a Trustee's certificate per NRS 361.570 and with no redemption being made the County Treasurer now holds the property in trust;

WHEREAS, any propetty held in trust by the County Treasurer by virtue of any deed made pursuant to provision s ofNRS 361.595 may be sold and conveyed in manner prescribed in NRS 361.595 and NRS 361.603 or conveyed without sale as provided in NRS 361.604;

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners may make an order directing the County Treasurer to sell the propetty particularly described therein, after giving notice of the sale, for a total amount not less than the amount of taxes, costs, penalties and interest legally chargeable against the property as stated in this order;

No bid less than the amount of delinquent taxes, delinquent assessments, interest, penalties and costs will be accepted.
