Trained Sales and Operations Team Members (including the Tour Desk) to deliver 5-Star Customer Service. Thanks to Kathey, Customer Service levels improved greatly in several departments, which in turn facilitated an increase in sales.

Assisted in raising money for the Westgate Resorts Foundation, which helps non-profit organizations assist residents in the areas where Westgate has resorts.

Kathey is an excellent troubleshooter: She’s a manager who can go into any department or resort, see what needs to be fixed, and fix it so that sales and operations flow more smoothly.
