Psalm 30:4 As we begin to move through the new year of 2018, I wanted to share with you the opportunities for worship and music that we have here at Philippi for each and every person to be involved in at every age and stage of life. The Bible clearly commands us in Scripture to praise the Lord in song and with instruments. Each week in our corporate worship, we give each person on our campus an opportunity to worship the Lord together in our services on Sunday morning and evening. I hope and pray that you take that opportunity to give God the honor and glory that He deserves with others that love Him too. Below is a list of the graded choir programs that we offer for every age along with the information you need to be involved. I pray that you will not hide your gift, but use it for God’s glory in one of the following ways: Jtots (Preschool Choir) - Wednesday evenings at 6pm – 3, 4 & 5 year olds (must be 3 before August 2017) – meet in the Children’s Wing Jcrew (Youth Choir) - Sunday afternoons at 4:30 – Youth Choir 7 th -12 th grades – meet in the Student Sanctuary Adult Celebration Choir - Sunday afternoons at 4:30 - 18 years and up – meet in the Choir Room Jkids (Children’s Choir) – Sunday evenings 6:00-7:00 – 1 st –6 th graders – meet in the Choir Room Jnotes (Orchestra) – Wednesday evenings from 8:00-8:45 and Sunday mornings at 8:15am – tryouts necessary – see Pastor Brian for any questions.
