DILCOM BULGARIA Ltd. offers a closed label production cycle, including

design, prepress, colour proofing, printing with various technologies,

including cold print and various finishing operations such as varnishing and

laminating. The technical equipment of DILCOM BULGARIA Ltd. has a

variety of machines and technologies, which enables the production of

various types of labels on a roll, fan folded, on sheets according to client

requirements.

COLOUR LABELS

Production facilities of Dilcom Bulgaria Ltd. allow production of high quality colour labels using flexo, screen and digital roll to roll

printing. The machine for UV letterpress of the latest generation has options for six-colour printing and direct

printing on the back of the labels. Advantages of the printed output are saturated images and colour density,

resistance to scratching, abrasion and chemical detergents, excellent gloss of printed labels, etc. The technical equipment and the

organization created in the company, as well as the ISO 9001 certificate introduced, ensure the repeatability of

print runs. We can produce labels with various finishing processes: laminated, varnished, cold print, production of single labels with

variable information, serial numbers, Braille alphabet, embossed varnish, selective varnish, labels with "scratch off" coating,

labels for wines, cosmetics and the pharmaceutical field, chemical industry, electrical engineering, electronics, flexible packages,

carton labels, tickets and more. With the digital printing and finishing system we can produce short and medium

series of high-quality full-colour labels, made of different materials and with irregular shapes and also boutique designer labels, without

the need for purchasing dies.

Self adhesive paper labels can provide a good balance between quality and price for many general applications in labeling. They are used for identification of products in wholesale and retail trade, food industry, transport and logistics, manufacturing enterprises, for price tags, advertising and company labels, especially suitable for logistics labels.We offer paper labels of different face materials (matt, semi-gloss, gloss, including high-quality transfer paper). In a combination with various adhesives on a different basis, the labels are suitable for solving individual problems and customers case studies.

The basic advantage is that they are more resistant to environmental impact and are more resistant to tearing than paper labels. Self adhesive foil labels are resistant to UV rays, high temperatures, humidity, chemical solvents and oils. The variety of the foil labels offered, as well as our rich experience in this area, is the main factor determining the choice of our customers for long-term cooperation with Dilcom Bulgaria Ltd. The main types of self adhesive foil labels we produce are:

Polyethylene labels are suitable for barels and industrial applications at more aggressive conditions. Typical application is drum labeling, pallets, containers, etc. They can be used on flat, curved and rough surfaces. They are especially suitable for flexible packages, including tubes, bottles for shampoo, gels, etc.

Polypropylene labels can be used on stiff and semi-stiff surfaces. The transparency of polypropylene labels makes them suitable for cosmetics applications. They are suitable for barcode labels, designative labels and warning labels, labels containing instructions and warranty labels. They can be used for sealing boxes (e.g. boxes for chocolate bonbons, medicines, packaging of various products).

Polyester labels are suitable for marking goods for which the basic requirement is the information of the label to remain readable as long as the life of this product is. Main application is production of name plates, of household appliances, marking of various electronic and electrical components and parts, automotive industry.

Acrylic self adhesive labels are suitable for information labels and name plates. They are ideal for printing labels with circuits and diagrams, for labeling printed circuit boards and other products, when resistance to high temperatures is required.

Dilcom Bulgaria Ltd. is a manufacturer of a wide variety of non adhesive labels, which are used when self adhesive label application is not suitable. Non adhesive labels are used in textile industry, retail, gardening, forest and lumber industry, metallurgy, parking systems and access control systems, tickets. Main types of non-adhesive labels we produce are:

Cardboard tags, containing barcode and manufacturer’s details, are mainly used for marking products in retail trade: textiles, clothes, shoes, fruits and vegetables packed in nets, etc. They are suitable for making badges, and customer cards.

These are type of cardboard tags, formed as tickets and loyalty cards. The permanent information (logo, address, phone, web site, etc) is pre-printed on the cardboard tags. The variable information (for example production name, date, time, seat number, etc.) is printed directly when selling the ticket. We produce tickets for car parks and various systems for access control, concerts, stadiums, theatres, museums, festivals.

Polyester tags are suitable for marking containers, pallets and goods, stored outdoors. Loop labels are used in gardening, forest industry and botanical gardens for marking flowers, bushes and threes and also for marking cables and cable bunches.

In accordance with textile industry regulations in force, textile products have to be marked precisely, ensuring product and production details. Materials offered by Dilcom Bulgaria Ltd. have „OEKO-TEX” quality certificates. Labels must contain information such as washing instructions, care instructions, fiber content, size, etc.We offer high quality taffeta and satin, ideal for various applications.With the ultrasonic sliter for textile materials we can produce textile labels on a roll, with standard width and width upon a customer request. Textile labels are suitable for clothes, carpets and other textile products.We offer size textile labels and care labels.

Labels produced from taffeta are ideal for applications requiring barcode, as the printout is with high quality and legibility. We offer a special kind of taffeta, which does not stain and is especially suitable for production of jeans. We also offer taffeta that meets the highest requirements for non-flammability for aviation and automotive industries. Polyester taffeta, which is a part of our product list, is suitable for marking clothes where there are requirements for high resistance to printing and washing.

Satin labels are an esthetical decision for marking elegant textile products, luxury clothes and underwear. Due to its delicateness and

softness satin is often used for clothes that have direct contact with skin. We offer white, black and cream satin material. According to

client’s requirements, satin may be also nonfray, with one-side or two- side coating.

One of the narrow specializations of "Dilcom Bulgaria" LTD is production of a wide range of labels for special purposes. The technical equipment of the company allows production of labels of various materials with a variety of shapes and colours. Dilcom is an innovator in offering special or specific types of labels.

Jewellery self adhesive labels are used for marking and labeling of glasses, rings, earrings, wristbands, watches, etc. Rings can be tried without removing the label. The label is resistant to cleaning the jewels with various chemicals and in ultrasonic vanes. Labels produced by our company are offered in white and silver. Our jewellery labels protect jewellery from soiling with glue, through a special glue killing technology.

Flower tags are used in gardening, botanical gardens, nurseries and garden centers for marking flowers, bushes and trees. We produce tags made from white polyester material with high smoothness and durability. Labels are resistant to weather conditions and mechanical damage and provide legible identification for many years.

Multi layer labels are a good way for including more information for the product or instructions in several languages. Label layers can be re-sealed with the purpose of reading the information printed between them. They are suitable for promotions and instructions for client’s games.

Water soluble labels are perfect solution in the cases when a short term identification of the product is required, because label removal is almost instantaneous. Water soluble labels are ideal for labeling of reusable products such as laboratory glassware, metal drums, plastic cases, crates, and fine objects such as crystals, brass, gold and porcelain.

Scratch off labels are most often used to promote products by organizing games such as "Scratch off and win" or games using SMS or WEB registration of the unique code printed under the scratch coating. Scratch off labels can be made of self-adhesive paper or foil materials, depending on the application, as the scratch field can be harder - to be erased with a coin, giving greater protection, or softer - to be deleted with fingernail. We produce labels suitable for application on scratch cards or pre-coded packages.

Security labels are means of protection against tampering or undesired access to the product during storing, transport and warranty period. Application of a security label in a visible spot clearly represents sealing purpose. Price labels are produced from self adhesive uncoated paper in the following colours: white, fluorescent yellow, red, orange, green. Price labels are mainly used in manufacturing and retail.Price labelers quickly and accurately apply information on the labels such as price, batch number, date and time of production, expiry date. Company logo, trademark or other information can be pre-printed on those price labels.

Label dispensers are designed for automatic peeling and dispensing of self-adhesive labels, winded on a roll. These devices can be combined with a coder for printing production date, expiry date, batch number and other information. Label dispensers are used when manual applying of labels onto packaged products is required. For short series or small productions where automatic applicators are too expensive, these devices are very suitable, as they increase labor productivity and operator's efficiency.

Universal external rewinding device capable to rewind labels on 1 '' (25mm) to 3 '' (76mm) core. It is powered by a stepper motor. The rewind device can work with different types of thermal transfer printers with a print speed of 10 to 30 cm / s.
