Accommodation

• There will be a ‘ Non stay charge’ if group did not stay isn’t staying at Kata Rocks (the charge will be equivalent of a per day room rate for the number of days requested to book) • Room night base on require period.

A deposit of 50% of all foreseen charges is required at time of confirmation of he event and in order to lock in the date

A further payment of 50% shall be settled follow by payment schedule mentioned in contract agreement

Any other charges will be settled and finalized upon departure

For any cancellation less than 14 days prior to the event, regardless of circumstances, the event will be charged at full rate

For any cancellation between 14-30 days, the hotel reserves the right to withhold the deposit paid

All dietary requirements must be made known at least 2 weeks prior to the booking

The resort will not be responsible for adverse weather conditions on the day of the wedding

No food or beverage of any kind, other than those provided by the resort, will be permitted without the consent of a resort representative. Special request will be treated on a case by case basis and corkage fee will be charged

No loud noise/dancing music is permitted after 23.00 hrs. And the resort reserves the right to adjust the volume at any time if it deems to be too disturbing for surrounding areas and guests

Any decorations to be affixed to the grass, walls, floors, ceiling of room must be approved in advance. Any damages, cost of repairs will be billed to the client. Kata Rocks reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. All equipment, boxes, etc., sent to Kata rocks should have the wedding name, date and contract name

To hold wedding ceremony at the resort, the compulsory lunch or dinner is required
