• Develop annual Local Outcome Improvement Plans – Oct 2017

• Identify disadvantaged areas and develop neighbourhood Locality Plans

• Extend Right to Buy to Urban Communities - Land Reform Act (2003)

• Respond to requests for Asset Transfer
