Funding needs? We need to increase education expenditure from current 3% of GDP to 6% of GDP to cater the need of our young generation and improve outdated existing infrastructure. Promotion of tax free donation schemes can also help in assisstance

Our Plan for implementation of infrastructure

•On the lines of Hole in the Wall experiment, it has been proved that students

learn on their own if provided intrinsic incentives so we propose to use the wide

network of post offices(already existing, so no extra cost of creating a whole

new infrastructure)

•As it can be observed that there is a huge and widely scattered network of

Post-offices all across our country. Some relevant facts are:

•Number of post offices in India 1,55,015

•Total zones of post offices 22

•Number of post offices in rural areas 1,39,144

Creation of a public library system.

BUSINESS PLANThe Market

Infrastructure

•Vast infrastructure of post offices can be utilized to provide networking facilities for multimedia information on the lines of Hole in the wall experiment.

( 89.76 % of post offices are in rural areas )

•Provision of laptops for teachers. This will aid in teaching as well as incentive for teachers.

Incentives to students

•“ Where there is joy, there is creation , where there is no joy there is no creation.”

•By implementation of new syllabus and avilability of knowledge about surroundings child will be motivated to participate.

•By having model academies they will have incentive to perform in later stages.

•Mid day meals.

Incentives to Parents

• Meaning full education

where they can observe changes in their child

•Incentives to perform and secure better education will lead to better enrollment to secondary classes

•Involvement of parents through parent-teacher interaction and orientation sessions will make them aware of importance of education
