Once the determination is made that a candidate is a good fit for the company, fit is then determined among Vendorin LLC’s 3 operational teams. · Leveraged the HRIS application to make on-boarding process more efficient by making New Hire paperwork electronic; this allowed the New Hire Packet to be completed prior to the employee’s first day of work. As a result, this has saved over 4 hours of the employee’s first day, enabling new employees to focus on training with their team members and direct supervisors. · Lead and manage 3 service departments, ensuring and promoting transparent communication across all operational teams; facilitate weekly 1v1 meetings with individual employees and Service Delivery group to promote communication across all departments and support cross-functional work teams. · Contributed significant revisions for Vendorin LLC Employee Handbook to ensure compliance with revised FLSA regulations set for overtime policy. Due to revision, research for company was completed for current pay structures for non-exempt employees and the potential impact on Vendorin LLC’s current overtime policy.
