General conditions: Competition is intended for competitors of all styles and clubsthat are members of national karate federations – members ofEKF and WKF. All the competitors must wear official WKF-approved protective equipment.
Competition rules: WKF rules for cadets, juniors and seniors. Adjusted WKF rules for children: Children 5 to 9 years - free selection of school kata; can repeatsame kata up to the final. Children 10 to 11 years - free selection of school kata; a differentkata in final.Children 12 to 13 years - free selection of kata; a different katain final.
