The group has its roots dated back in 50’s, the year in which the first firm of the group was established by Late Shri Ochchavlal Sheth under the corporate name M\s Sheth Keshavlal Dwarkadas. A venture that began with a small trading and grain merchant with lower capacity then has become a big and leading group with many successful establishments under its umbrella over time.

With a view of expansion the group members have established Boiled rice manufacturing plant at Bavla, Ahmedabad by the name of Ambica food products Pvt. Ltd. at Bavla In the year of 1995. Also there is a beginning of agricultural trading, government supply and cattle feed trading has begin.

In the year of 2009 there is a starting of Pradhin Exports for mainly activity of cattle feed raw material trading and imports and exports of pulses, grains, feed raw material and feeds.

In the year 2010 The Name of KAR AGRO PRODUCTS LLP has begin for setting up brand name in the industry of agricultural commodity and done a activity of higher exports of cattle feed raw materials and cattle feed and imports of pulses also for consolidate all trading firms into one particular name.
