MAPS students receive a stipend for their time on campus. MAPS students get behind-the-scenes look at how agriculture, business, and engineering create sustainable fuels: in 2018 students toured Cargill facilities in Kansas and Phillips 66 facilities in Oklahoma, and participated in group projects exploring sustainability. Project MAPS - Summer Bridge Program Summer Bridge Program Program for students 7th – 12th grades. Designed to expose students to university life through workshops and panel discussions. Workshops university life, college processes, resources, academic disciplines, and career development. Exposes students to the academic rigor in the areas of Engineering, Agriculture, and Business. Kompass is a free 3-day extended orientation program, August 4-7, 2019.50 Kompass students will receive Guaranteed 4.0 training, participate in KSU Challenge course, teambuilding activities, workshops, and business professional etiquette classes. The program extends into the first academic year, with mentors, professional development, and academic monitoringKompass students will be eligible for a $1,000 Koch scholarship for their freshmen year after completing the Guaranteed 4.0 training
