OUR SCOPE OF WORK
Kalli Marketing prides herself on a wide scope of services including
marketing strategy, CRM advisory, business, sales and new customer
development.
Our scope of services include key aspects of marketing from strategy
development, to brand guardianship, print and digital graphic
development, organizational processes advisory and more. We are
currently making use of social media, social commerce and mobile
marketing platforms to grow consumer reach and increase brand value.
We are experienced in a wide variety of marketing techniques
including strategic development, CRM and loyalty marketing advisory,
database management & advisory, event management and sales
development. We work primarily in the Hong Kong and China
markets, with business partners in Seoul, Singapore, Malaysia,
Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand and India.
KEY TEAM MEMBERS
MARGARET YEUNG
Over 16 years experience in regional marketing, CRM & loyalty programs, social
networking and eCommerce, and mobile internet experience across Asia. Key
focus areas include business development, strategy and loyalty marketing.
Previous luxury sales and marketing roles include Estee Lauder, Bvlgari, and
Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH).
EDWINA CHEUNG
Over 18 years of senior marketing experience in both commercial and non profit
sectors. She has worked in senior levels with international brands for retail
marketing, brand communications and sponsorship roles. Edwina's expertise in
big-picture thinking coupled with her attention to details, makes her a strategic
brand guardian. She has a passion and capacity for bridging corporate
philanthropy and good causes to create a purposeful synergy. Edwina is also an
animal lover and a yoga teacher.
YASMIN CHONG
Media relations, project management, and marketing communications
background. Experience in highly detailed event management and special
projects. Industry expertise includes luxury hotels, real estate and hospitality
sector.

CASE STUDY – TIME OUT WINE WALK
Objective:
To use a popular on ground consumer event to drive more traffic to
restaurants and CSL stores to acquire new name lists and customers
Results:
We were engaged to spearhead this programme to increase brand exposure
for Time Out Magazine and CSLOne2Free as they launched their new HTC
Diamond phone
Over 600 highly targeted affluent
consumers bought tickets to the Wine
Walk event and opted-in to continue
receiving news and product updates
from CSL and Time Out Magazine
CASE STUDY – City Chamber Orchestra Hong Kong
Objective:
To increase audience base, revenue and to create a media strategy in order
to strengthen the profile of the Orchestra.
Results:
Over the past 6 years, we have expanded the audience base in corporate
businesses by introducing the concerts as part of their client entertainment.
Also, we have engaged with schools to put CCOHK concerts into their
music education programs. The PR and
media exposure of the Orchestra have
been attracting private and corporate
donations ever since. Four new
revenue streams were developed to
balance the income flow of the
orchestra.
CASE STUDY – BO-LO’GNE Café & Bar
Objective:
To create a marketing and business development strategy for the rapidly
expanding business. To include staff training in customer service, business
administration, social media and marketing/ promotional strategies.
Results:
Bologne have expanded to 6 stores in 1 year in all major shopping centers
in Hong Kong. The business and customer development strategies have
included innovative marketing promotion for International Children’s Day
bread making in LCX and Doraemon
Asia Pacific promotion at Harbour
City.

upsell all services to their growing

CASE STUDY:
Leonidas Wine & Chocolate Pairings Journey
Objective:
To increase brand awareness and animation of Leonidas Fresh Belgian Chocolates in
the competitive luxury chocolate market, and to use an interesting and creative
consumer tasting event to drive existing VIP members and to acquire new customers
from the mall.
Results:
Out of 14 guests paying HK$288 each, we acquired 11
new VIP members in the event and drove new traffic
and over HK$4,000 incremental sales to the new
Central store through this first-time concept event.
Leonidas Fresh Belgian Chocolates gained over
HK$100,000 in media value through this event. Over
80% of the guests were new customers recruited from
the event and 86% of participants rated the event as
excellent and showed interest to pay and join future
tasting events.
