Kaizen it is! (Solutions Resource Inc towards continuous improvement) Solutions Resource is not really settling on mediocrity. After the 2nd team building held in Hundred Islands Pangasinan last July, the management has decided to continue building the team further even through simple activities that will strengthen the team’s bond, promote camaraderie, give break from the tons of office works, and give more life to every employee to get even more dedicated on every task assigned to each. With this decision made by the management, Solutions Resource is indeed moving onwards Kaizen. Kaizen by the way is what a group of people from Solutions Resource learned from a car company that uses this word as one of their core values. This simple word, as we may perceive it to be, actually has a deep meaning on it; continuous improvement. Deep indeed. And on that depth, we in Solutions Resource want to be drowned onto. Every person or most if not all, really wants continuous improvement. From the simplest to the most prominent persons in this world, it can be undoubted that each really wants and seeks for improvement. And in Solutions Resource, we know that this is what the management wants the people to attain— improvement; not just a one-time-big-time improvement, but rather the improvement that will remain in the heart, and that one which is contagious and can be transmitted to the future people that will be working in and with the company. As a way of doing this aim, Solutions Resource has been regularly holdingvarious activities which are then coined to be the company’s “employeedevelopment activities”. Some of the things that were already done in thepromotion of this activity aside from the island hopping done in Pangasinanare badminton matches and various talks from some of the SolutionsResource employees themselves. These talks are actually about differentinsights each employee wants to share to the rest of the team; may it betechnical or life lessons.
For the near future, the management hasasked the employees differentsuggestions of activities that they want toexperience; thus suggestions were madeand were considered.
This is really it is. With the realization of this aim, Kaizen for every SolutionsResource employee is at hand. After this post, it is expected that moreposts about this activity will be made. Well then, in order for this goal toremain in the field of reality, it shall be packed with consistency couple withdetermination and will.
We are already done starting this aim, Kudos Solutions Resource team!From there, we shall not be lax though. Rather, we must all together gowith the flow of riding onward KAIZEN!
