Our programs are based on traditional knowledge rooted in the ancient Vedic texts and are offered in convenient formats for the modern professional, with weekend and evening class times, both in-class and live streamed for online learning.

AYURVEDIC WELLNESS COUNSELOR PROGRAM (AWC) 625 Hours – 1 YearGain the tools and knowledge you need to ignite the healer within you. Our level I program is both an educational journey and personal transformation with profound professional potential. With flexible in-class and online formats, you’ll study a comprehensive curriculum designed to provide the individual in-depth knowledge and understanding in the philosophy, principles, theory and practical application of Ayurvedic preventive care. AYURVEDIC WELLNESS PRACTITIONER PROGRAM (AWP) 1,000 Hours – 1.5 YearsPrerequisite: certification at the level I counselor, consultant or educator levelExpand your scope of practice with clinical study of the disease process according to the traditional science of Ayurveda as outlined in the ancient Vedic texts. You’ll learn the etiological factors which contribute to the nature and structure of any disease and management techniques for the various disease stages. NAMA-approved – Begins Oct 27, 2020 and May 4, 2021

CERTIFICATIONS

AYURVEDIC DOCTOR PROGRAM (AD) 2,500 Hours – 2.5 YearsPrerequisite: certification at the level II practitioner levelFulfill your potential as an Ayurvedic professional with advanced clinical training at the highest level of certification in the U.S. with a clinical specialty in your area of interest. Clinical Specialties include: General Kayachikitsa: Ayurvedic General Medicine, Manasaroga: Ayurvedic Psychiatry, Streeroga & Prasooti Tantra: Women’s Health, Digestive & Metabolic Disorders. NAMA-approved – Begins March 6, 2021

PANCHAKARMA TECHNICIAN PROGRAM (PKT) 250 Hours – 1 Year Ayurvedic students of all levels may learn the traditional Panchakarma philosophy and methodologies through theoretical and practical training. Learn various bodywork techniques, client-customized oils and special diets. NAMA-approval pending – Begins Mar 6, 2020 (it’s not too late to join!) and Sep 25, 2021

AYURVEDIC SKIN & BEAUTY 2 Days | In-class & live streamed

Discover the Ayurvedic practices to enhance beauty naturally for hair, face, body and feet. Topics include: natural cleansers and moisturizers for hair & skin; remedies for common imbalances like dandruff, grays, wrinkles, blemishes, cellulite, scars, rashes & calluses; marma points, eye & lip care and body hair reduction. PACE credits: 14 Jun 27–28, 2020 and Jun 26-27, 2021

AYURVEDIC ASSESSMENT & PULSE DIAGNOSIS3 Days | In-class & live streamedPrerequisite: knowledge of foundational principles including Subdoshas (equivalent: KAA101-2)

Train in the methodologies to discern between constitution and disease. Topics include: three, eight & ten step assessment; pulse diagnosis; diagnosis of tongue, eye, skin, stool, urine, voice, structure, systems and channels; outcome mapping and Ayurvedic etiopathogenesis. AYURVEDIC FORMULATION MAKING3 Days | In-class & live streamed

Prerequisite: knowledge of foundational principles including Subdoshas (equivalent: KAA101-2)

Learn the Ayurvedic principles of herb combining and how to make the 14 most popular formulations and healing oils with step-by-step instruction. PACE credits: 21 March 26-28, 2021

INTRODUCTION TO SANSKRIT FOR AYURVEDA30 Sessions | Live streamed seriesEnhance your Ayurvedic studies with the power of its mother language! This course will introduce you to Sanskrit starting with the basics. It focuses on foundational skills required for reading and writing Sanskrit, plus a preface to spoken Sanskrit.

The herbs and formulations recommended in the right context, form and dosage, with the right adjuvants can achieve impressive results in various health conditions. This series addresses the vast amount of knowledge on this subject required of a successful Ayurvedic practitioner. We’ll overview the classical formulations, their contents and individual herbs, preparation methods, indications, dosage forms, precautions and guidelines, plus review case studies.
