Where is Ka Pai from?Where is Ka Pai from?

Ka Pai lives in the North Island of New Zealand, in a region called the Bay of Plenty.

He is a kiwi. That doesn’t mean Ka Pai is a kiwi bird. People who live in New Zealand are often called “kiwis”. We get our name from a very special bird only found in New Zealand.

Kiwi birds can’t fly but Ka Pai can, thanks to Air NZ.

He is very excited to be having a holiday with you.
