7. ii. Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students: Students are encouraged to express their grievances to the class Advisor/ Counselor/ Head of the

Department /Head of the Institution.

In the regular time table HOD hour (one period) is allotted to express their grievances and

requirements.
