These terms and conditions are issued by Juventus Summer Camps (“TERMS”). By your completion and submittal of the registration forms, you agree and acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age and that you have read, understood and agreed to these TERMS, the terms and conditions of Soccer Camps International, including its Privacy Policy, as may be updated from time to time, located on www.soccercampsinternational.com website which terms include that SOCCER CAMPS INTERNATIONAL HAS NO AUTHORITY OR CONTROL OVER THE OPERATION AND/OR RULES OF ANY SOCCER CAMP. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS ON THE SOCCER CAMPS INTERNATIONAL (“SCI”) WEBSITE, www.soccercampsinternational.com; THE FOLLOWING DECLARATIONS AND JUVENTUS TERMS HEREIN BELOW, YOU MAY NOT USE SCI TO BOOK A SOCCER CAMP. For avoidance of doubt, if you book through SCI, you are agreeing that you have read, understood and agree to all such terms. In the event of a conflict between the following terms and the terms on the SCI website, solely with respect to the booking of the soccer camp, to the extent of conflict the terms, the terms on the SCI website will govern. Cancellation Policy (D.21) is on pages 9-10. A. DECLARATIONS. The below declarations, certain of which are required under Italian law, shall be binding upon you upon completion of your registration. 1. Consent to the processing of personal data. You declare that you have read the information about the processing of personal data and that you wish to receive information and communications about the Juventus Summer Camp via SCI or directly from Juventus. Personal data information clause pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Personal data (corresponding to the e-mail address) will be processed by Juventus and/or SCI as necessary to provide the service, the soccer camp, and services as directly related to such. Providing the personal data is necessary in order to pursue the purposes stated above. The data provided will be processed by IT and electronic tools for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and, for this reason, they will be stored exclusively for the period over which the service itself is active. The data stored by Juventus will be erased within 24 months of the date when the service ends. The Data Controller is Juventus Football Club S.p.A. with registered office in Via Druento 175 – 10151 Turin. Juventus has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) (figure provided for by Article 37 of (EU) Regulation 2016/679) as the point of contact for data subjects as well for questions connected with the processing of the personal data. The DPO can be contacted by writing to the following e-mail address: [email protected]. The data will be processed exclusively by Juventus' staff and collaborators, from time to time, as they complete tasks assigned to them in compliance with the instructions they have received (in such cases they will be designated as subjects authorised to process the data), or by companies expressly nominated as data processors, trusted suppliers to whom Juventus entrusts certain activities or parts of activities (for example, hosting companies, project managers, programmers, system experts, database administrators, companies that provide customer care; parties that carry out technical or organisational tasks, such as supplying communication sorting services; consultants and so on). Juventus stores the data at archives and on servers within the European Union. In the event Juventus stores personal data on a cloud platform, data may be processed by a cloud services provider on behalf of Juventus and stored in different locations, but always within the European Union. Where the personal data is processed by the Officer or by a Company of the Officer's Group or by other Sub-Suppliers outside the European Union, or in a territory that does not guarantee an adequate level of data protection recognised by the European Commission, the transfer of the data abroad is covered by specific guarantees to protect personal data by adopting special contractual clauses. In situations provided for by law, Data Subjects have the right to obtain access to their personal data from the Data Controller and request that these be corrected or erased or that limitations be imposed on the processing or to object to the processing of the data (Articles 15 et seq. of Regulation EU 2016/679). To exercise the rights listed above with the data controller Juventus, the interested party should submit a request using the following points of contact through which also the Data Protection Officer can be contacted: Juventus FC S.p.A., Via Druento 175, 10151 Turin (TO), e-mail: [email protected]. If a data subject believes that the processing of personal data through this service is in violation of Regulation EU 2016/679 he/she may file a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data in accordance with the methods specified by applicable law. 2. You declare that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the basic rules found in the Juventus Summer Camp 2019 Code of Conduct (see below B) and that you will act to ensure your child's compliance with said rules. You further declare that you have noted and expressly accepted the sanctions that will be imposed in the event of violation of the aforementioned norms by your child, who is participating in the activity. See sections below Code of Conduct and Rules of Conduct. 3. You declare that you know that the present contract proposal is classified as a distance contract, as defined by Article 45, Paragraph 1 (g) of the Consumer Code, and that the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 47, Paragraph 1 (g) of the Consumer Code is thereby excluded. You further declare that you have obtained information about the sanitary and socio-political situation of the Country where the trip or holiday will take place and about the opportunity of verifying, prior to departure, the official general instructions provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the website www.viaggiaresicuri.it or telephone number +39 06 491115 as well as on the website of the WHO at www.who.int 4. You declare that you have received all the information about the cost of withdrawal, the obligations of the traveller and the documents necessary for the trip, and that you have verified the existence of the guarantees required by Article 47 of the Consumer Code, concerning the guarantee against the risk of insolvency and/or bankruptcy of the organiser. Further, under Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, you hereby specifically approve: Article 6 (Benefits to which the Participant has a right), Article 7 (Mode of Reservation), Article 8 (Payments), Article 10 (Changes or cancellation of the package trip by the Organiser prior to departure), Article 12 (Necessary Documents), Article 13 (Obligations of the Customer and of the Participant), Article 14 (replacements, disposal of the contract), Article 15 (Assistance and insurance), Article 16 (Liability regime), Article 17 (Complaints and allegations), Article 18 (Express termination clause), Article 19 (Withdrawal and penalties), Article 21 (Recording of sounds and images) and Article 22 (Jurisdiction).. 5. By signing up for the Juventus Soccer Camp, you declare you have received all the information pursuant to Articles 34 and 36 of the Code for Tourism (Italian Legislative Decree 79/2011), that you have read and expressly accept the General Conditions of the contract for the purchase of a package trip and the Standard Information Form which are an integral part of the contract itself. 3. You declare that you have received all the information about the cost of withdrawal, the obligations of the traveller and thedocuments necessary for the trip, and that you have verified the existence of the guarantees required by Article 47 of the ConsumerCode, concerning the guarantee against the risk of insolvency and/or bankruptcy of the organiser. Further, under Articles 1341and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, you hereby specifically approve: Article 6 (Benefits to which the Participant has a right), Article7 (Mode of Reservation), Article 8 (Payments), Article 10 (Changes or cancellation of the package trip by the Organiser prior todeparture), Article 12 (Necessary Documents), Article 13 (Obligations of the Customer and of the Participant), Article 14(replacements, disposal of the contract), Article 15 (Assistance and insurance), Article 16 (Liability regime), Article 17 (Complaintsand allegations), Article 18 (Express termination clause), Article 19 (Withdrawal and penalties), Article 21 (Recording of soundsand images) and Article 22 (Jurisdiction)..

By signing up for the Juventus Soccer Camp, you declare you have received all the information pursuant to Articles 34 and 36of the Code for Tourism (Italian Legislative Decree 79/2011), that you have read and expressly accept the General Conditions ofthe contract for the purchase of a package trip and the Standard Information Form which are an integral part of the contract itself.

You realise that the contract will be considered concluded through the acceptance of this proposal by the organiser, acceptance will be communicated by means of a confirmation sent to the offerer's e-mail address.

6. Juventus general details which are required to be provided under Italian law:6.1 Organiser: Juventus Travel di Juventus Football Club S.p.A. – Via Druento 175 - 10151 Turin. SCI is a broker for the resaleof the soccer camp and has no authority or control over the operation and/or rules of the soccer camp.6.2 Administrative authorization: No 7024 dated 15/02/2017 in accordance with the provisions of Regional Law no.15 of30/03/1988 as amended.6.3 Insurance: Civil liability policy no. 1/39235/319/151747979 stipulated with UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A.Surety policy No. 1/85151/96/151761816/1 stipulated with UnipolSai Assicurazione S.p.A. covering the risk of insolvency orbankruptcy pursuant to Article 47 et seq. Code for Tourism6.4 Documents needed: (i) Personal ID card or passport or other personal document valid for travel abroad, besides theprovisions specified, for minors age 14 to leave the Country and for those who need an Authorisation issued by the JudicialAuthority, on the State Police website http://www.poliziadistato.it/articolo/191/ ; (ii) Certificate testifying to the absence of infectiousdiseases; (iii) Health sheet; (iv) Medical certificate demonstrating eligibility for participation in competitive or non-competitivesports; (v) impact resistant protective glasses with celluloid frame and polycarbonate shatter-proof prescription lenses (if glassesare needed). For more information please see below in the General Conditions.6.5 Cancellation of the package by Juventus: The organisation reserves the right to cancel the tour package, by writtencommunication sent to the Customer at least 20 days before the start date for the package, if the minimum number of 50participants is not met. Additional details are provided below in the General Conditions.6.6 Replacement conditions: The methods and conditions for replacement are governed by the General Conditions.6.7 Withdrawal: Pursuant to Article 32, Paragraph 3 of the Code for Tourism, the Customer is informed that, for distancecontracts, as defined by Article 45, Paragraph 1 g) of the Consumer Code, the right to withdrawal found in Articles 52 et seq. ofthe Consumer Code is excluded. The withdrawal of the Customer is governed by Article 19 of the General Conditions.6.8 Mandatory notice pursuant to Article 17 of Italian Law No. 38/2006: Italian law punishes crimes concerning prostitutionand juvenile pornography with imprisonment, even if committed abroad.6.9 Documents referenced herein are also located on the Juventus website.

7. Standard Information Form: Pre-contractual information form, pursuant to Article 34 of the Code for Tourism – ItalianLegislative Decree 79/2011 (Annex A – Part II of Italian Legislative Decree 62/2018). The combination of tourism services you arebeing offered is a package pursuant to (EU) Directive 2015/2302. You will therefore benefit from all EU rights applied to thepackages. The organiser of the trip (as defined by Article 32, Paragraph 1 (i) of the Code for Tourism) is JUVENTUS FC S.p.A.with registered office in Via Druento 175, 10151 Turin, administrative authorisation No. 7024 of 15/02/2017 in conformity with theprovisions of Regional Law No. 15 of 30/03/1988 as amended, and pursuant to Article 42 of the Code for Tourism, and is fullyresponsible for the proper execution of the package as a whole.

8. Insolvency. Also as provided for by law, the Organiser has protection in order to refund your payments and, if transportation isincluded in the package, to guarantee your repatriation should they become insolvent.

9. Basic rights pursuant to (EU) Directive 2015/2302:• Travellers will receive all essential information on the package before finalisation of the tourist package agreement. There is

always a professional responsible for the correct execution of all tourist services included in the agreement.• Travellers are given an emergency phone number or the details of a point of contact through which the organiser or travel agent

can be contacted.• Travellers can transfer the package to another person subject to reasonable advance notice and possibly against payment of

additional costs.• After payment in full, the price of the package can be increased only if the specific costs increase (e.g. fuel costs) and if expressly

provided for in the agreement and, in any case, no later than 20 days from when the package begins. If the price increase isgreater than 8% of the package price, the traveller can terminate the agreement. If the organiser reserves the right to increasethe price, the traveller is entitled to a price reduction if there is a decrease in pertinent costs.

• Travellers can terminate the agreement without paying termination costs and get some refund of the payments if one of theessential elements of the package, other than the price, is substantially changed. If before the beginning of the package theprofessional responsible for the package cancels it, travellers have the right to get the refund.

• In exceptional circumstances, travellers may terminate the agreement without paying termination costs before the packagebegins, e.g. if there are serious problems with safety at the place of destination that might jeopardise the package. Furthermore,travellers may at any time, before the beginning of the package, terminate the contract upon payment of suitable and justifiabletermination expenses.

• If after the package begins substantial elements of it cannot be supplied based on what has been agreed upon, suitablealternative solutions without a surcharge must be offered to the traveller. Travellers can terminate the agreement without payingtermination costs if the services are not supplied according to what was agreed upon, and this significantly affects execution ofthe package and the organiser has not remedied the problem after being provided timely notice of such.

• The organiser is required to lend assistance if travellers find themselves in difficulty. If the organiser or, in some Member States,the seller becomes insolvent, payments will be reimbursed. If the organiser or, if applicable, the seller becomes insolvent afterthe beginning of the package and if transportation is included in the package, repatriation for the travellers is guaranteed.

Juventus Football Club S.p.A. has stipulated a contract for protection in the event of insolvency with UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.A., Agenzia di San Donato Milanese (MI), via dell’Unione Europea 3 – 20097, tel. +39 02 51815181 – claims office. Travellersmay contact this entity or, if necessary, the Ministry for Cultural Assets and Activities and Tourism, Directorate General ofTourism, the competent Italian authority pursuant to Article 48, par. 2 of the Code for Tourism, if the services are denied due tothe insolvency of the organiser, Juventus.

• For more information on the essential rights of the traveller purchasing travel packages (as defined by Article 32, Paragraph 1 gof the Code for Tourism), consult the text pursuant to (EU) Directive 2015/2302 and to Italian Legislative Decree No. 62 of21.5.2018 implementing it.

B. CODE OF CONDUCT - As provided herein, by completing the registration form, paying the required fees, the holdersof parental responsibility accept the terms and conditions of purchase and the basic rules contained in this Code ofConduct, undertaking to ensure that their participating child/children observe them. The holders of parental responsibility are liable for any damage caused by their children. Juventus Summer Camp’s goal is to create an engaging and unforgettableexperience for all the youngsters taking part in the Juventus Summer Camp and for acquiring not only specific technical andcompetitive skills, but also ethical and social values that contribute to the education of responsible youngsters. In order for this tobe possible, it will be essential to create a pleasant atmosphere, in a safe and protected environment, respecting simple andbinding rules of good behaviour and coexistence. From this perspective, participants are asked to comply with certain rules aimedat preventing inappropriate behaviour while developing awareness of the respect of common rules for civil coexistence, to ensurethe proper performance and proper conduct of relationships within the Juventus Summer Camp, in a context of collaboration andmutual respect for the benefit of the individual and the community. Any breaches of the rules regarding behaviour will be carefullyevaluated and communicated to the families and may give rise to the provisions set out below.

C. RULES OF CONDUCT1. The youngsters must maintain a respectful and polite attitude towards the other participants, towards the Juventus SummerCamp Staff Team and towards the personnel working in the structures that host them. The youngsters are obliged to always treattheir fellow participants with courtesy, dignity and respect and to collaborate with the Juventus Summer Camp Staff Team byfollowing the instructions given by the latter, bearing in mind the difference in roles between the youngsters and the adults workingas part of the Juventus Summer Camp Staff Team.2. It is necessary at all times to mind their language, keep a normal tone of voice and express themselves in a respectful andappropriate manner. It is strictly forbidden to use disrespectful, vulgar and humiliating words when addressing the other participantsand/or the members of the Juventus Summer Camp Staff Team. A civil person never resorts to vulgarity, bad language andcertainly not to threats, voluntary insults or slander. It constitutes an even more serious case of misconduct if such words aredirected at people with disabilities or when the insults are based on racism.3. Each participant must behave in an appropriate manner: they must not abandon themselves to unseemly acts, including jokes,and must never resort to violence. Respect must be shown to everyone and they must always be willing to help others, especiallythe weakest youngsters and those with the most difficulties. Any acts of abuse and violence towards others, acts of bullying, in anyform (physical or verbal violence), will neither be accepted nor tolerated by the organisation.4. Participants are asked to use behaviour which is respectful towards the locations, the environment and the material provided.The youngsters must use the facilities and equipment made available in an appropriate manner, behaving in such a way as not tocause any damage. Any vandalism and/or damage to people and/or objects will not be tolerated and must be reimbursed.5. Personal mobile phones will be held in safekeeping by the Juventus Summer Camp Staff Team and may only be usedat certain times of the day, as established by the Juventus Summer Camp Team. To communicate with your children youmay call the telephone numbers, that will be communicated at the arrival to the Summer Camp, in the following time slots: from12:45 pm to 1:45 pm and from 7:40 pm to 8:40 pm in the time zone where the camp is located. For any information regarding theorganisation of Juventus Summer Camp, the secretarial office is available by calling the telephone number communicated at thearrival to the Summer Camp, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm. For urgent communications, the organization will provide at the arrival to the Summer Camp a phone number available 24 hours a day, every day. It is forbidden to have or usea mobile phone while the participant is involved in the activities. Only in the presence of serious and proven situations will thepossession of the same be allowed. Any individual cases, as an exception, will be agreed with the holders of parental responsibility,who will have to fill out an authorisation request form to be delivered to the Juventus Summer Camp Staff Team when theyoungsters arrives at Juventus Summer Camp. If the appliance is used in violation of the above provisions, the appliance will beconfiscated and returned only at the conclusion of the applicable Juventus Summer Camp.6. In order to ensure civil coexistence and mutual respect and collaboration, every youngster is required to keep their room neat,look after their own and others’ belongings and use the toilets in a correct and polite manner, respecting the other participants.7. During the stay at Juventus Summer Camp it is strictly forbidden to keep alcohol and/or drugs and/or other substancesprohibited by law and/or prohibited for minors under the age of 18.8. It is strictly forbidden to smoke.9. It is strictly forbidden to appropriate and/or remove any materials and/or objects belonging to third parties.10. Any individual and/or group actions or conduct that could be detrimental to the dignity of the youngsters participating in theJuventus Summer Camp and to the principle of respect for other people (for example, photos and/or video footage), or for whichthere is a danger to the person’s safety, are prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to collect and disseminate text, images, videos orvoice recordings which fail to respect the fundamental rights and freedoms of the persons subject to filming/recording.

These terms and conditions are issued by Juventus Summer Camps (“TERMS”). By your completion and submittal of the registration forms, you agree and acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age and that you have read, understood and agreed to these TERMS, the terms and conditions of Soccer Camps International, including its Privacy Policy, as may be updated from time to time, located on www.soccercampsinternational.com website which terms include that SOCCER CAMPS INTERNATIONAL HAS NO AUTHORITY OR CONTROL OVER THE OPERATION AND/OR RULES OF ANY SOCCER CAMP.

11. It is mandatory for all the participants to observe the organisational and safety-related provisions dictated by the regulationsapplicable to the areas in which they are present.12. Each participant must be aware that the Juventus shirt represents a set of fundamental principles and values (such as FairPlay, education, respect for oneself and others, health, good nutrition, etc.), which must be respected at all times during the dayand at all the places used during the different activities (the hotel, playgrounds, recreational spaces, etc.)

13. IN CASE OF VIOLATION OF THE ABOVE RULES OF CONDUCT, THE FOLLOWING WILL BE IMPLEMENTEDIf the behaviour is sporadic and not particularly serious, the Juventus Staff Team will give a verbal warning to the participant aimedat helping them to make a reflection and develop awareness and responsibility. If the misconduct recurs, the Juventus SummerCamp Staff Team shall undertake to inform the holders of parental responsibility of the misconduct of their children and will beable to evaluate independently the adoption of possible measures to be taken such as temporary suspension from activities as aneducational measure, aimed at strengthening their sense of responsibility and restoring appropriate relationships within theJuventus Summer Camp community. In no case will the free expression of opinions offered in an appropriate form and withoutdetriment to others be punished. As determined solely by Juventus, in the event of serious incidents that disturb the regularperformance of the activities of the Juventus Summer Camp or that could pose a danger to the safety of persons, or in the case ofillicit or malicious events that could constitute a crime (improper use of the mobile phone, smoking, violent behaviour which posesa danger to themselves and others, behaviour that is disrespectful of human dignity, theft, damage to materials or places, etc.),the youngsters in question will be expelled from Juventus Summer Camp, without any right to reimbursement of the sum alreadypaid, and the holders of parental responsibility must travel immediately to Juventus Summer Camp to collect their children. In caseof theft or damage, the holders of parental responsibility shall be liable for damages.

D. JUVENTUS GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE TOURIST PACKAGE

1. Content of the Contract, in pertinent part:These Juventus general terms and conditions (hereinafter“General Terms and Conditions”) of contract for the purchaseof tourist packages (hereinafter the “Contract”) form an integraland substantial part of the Contract. Before proceeding withthe transmission of the sales proposal for a tourist package [thesoccer camp] (also called the Order Form or RegistrationForm), the Customer declares to have read and accepted, forthemselves and for the persons for whom they have requestedthe package, the General Terms and Conditions, the documentsummarizing the tourist package requested and the technicaldata sheet.2. Legislative SourcesThe purchase of tourist packages and therefore this Contractare governed by the Tourism Code (Articles 32-51) as currently amended by Legislative Decree No. 62/2018 in implementationof EU Directive No. 2015/2302 and by the provisions of theItalian Civil Code as regards transport and mandate issues, asapplicable.3. Concept of Tourist PackageAccording to Article 33 of the Tourism Code, a tourist packagemeans the combination of at least two different types of touristservices such as accommodation that is not an integral part ofthe transportation of passengers and is not intended forresidential purposes or for long-term language courses; (ii)advertised or sold under the name “package” or a similar name;(iii) put together after the conclusion of a contract with whichthe professional allows the Customer to choose between aselection of different types of tourist services, or purchasedfrom professionals through online booking processes.4. Compulsory information - Technical Data Sheet4.1 Before the signing of the Contract, or a corresponding offerthe Organiser, through SCI has made available via the SCIwebsite provides the Customer with the following information:(i) the main characteristics of the tourist services, such as: (a)the destination or destinations on the trip, the itinerary and theperiods of stay with relevant dates and, if lodging is included,the number of nights included; (b) the location, maincharacteristics; (c) the meals provided, whether or not they areincluded; (d) tours, excursions or other services included in theagreed-upon price of the package; (e) the tourist services

supplied to the Participant as a member of a group and, in this case, the approximate size of the group; (f) upon inquiry to Juventus, whether the soccer camp activities could be suitable for people with reduced mobility and, upon the request of the Customer, precise information on the suitability of the trip or holiday that takes into account the Participant’s needs. 4.2 the trade name and geographical address of the Organiser and, if present, of the seller, their phone numbers and e-mail addresses; 4.3 the total price of the tourist package, including taxes and all duties, charges and other additional costs, including any administrative and file management costs or, if these cannot reasonably be calculated before signing the Contract, an indication of the type of additional costs that the Customer might still have to bear; 4.4 the methods of payment, including any amount or percentage of the price to pay by way of advance payment and the calendar for paying the balance, or the financial guarantees that the Customer is required to pay or supply; 4.5 the minimum number of people required for the package and the deadline established in Article 41, Paragraph 5 a) before the beginning of the package or termination, if any, of the agreement should the number not be reached; 4.6 the general information concerning the conditions of passports and/or visas, including the approximate time frames for obtaining visas and the healthcare formalities required in the country of destination; 4.7 information on the Customer’s right to withdraw from the Contract at any time before the start of the package upon payment of adequate withdrawal costs or, if applicable, the standard withdrawal costs required by the Organiser pursuant to Article 41, Paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 62/2018; 4.8 information on the optional or compulsory conclusion of insurance covering the costs of unilateral withdrawal from the contract by the Customer or the costs of assistance, including repatriation, in the event of accident, illness or death; 4.9 the details of the coverage pursuant to Article 47, Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Legislative Decree 62/2018.

• Guarantee policy No. 1/85151/96/151761816/1 stipulatedwith UnipolSai Assicurazione S.p.A. to cover the risk ofinsolvency or bankruptcy pursuant to Article 47 et seq. of theTourism Code.

6. Documents required(i) identity card or individual passport or personal documentvalid for travel abroad, in addition to the requirementsindicated, with regard to the exit from the country of childrenunder 14 years of age and for those for whom an authorisationissued by the Judicial Authority is required, on the website ofthe Italian State Police,http://www.poliziadistato.it/articolo/191/.(ii) Certificate attestingto the absence of infectious syndromes. (iii) Health card (iv)Medical certificate of fitness for competitive or non-competitivesporting activity. (v) shockproof goggles with celluloid frameand shatter-proof graduated polycarbonate lenses (if required)

7. Cancellation by the Organiser(i) Organiser reserves the right to cancel the package in theevent of failure to reach the minimum number of 50participants, by written notice to the customer at least 20 daysbefore the start date of the package. ii) The terms andconditions of replacement shall be governed by Article 14. iii)Under the terms of Article 32, Paragraph 3, of the TourismCode, we inform you that, for distance contracts, as defined inArticle 45, Paragraph 1 g) of the Consumer Code, the right ofwithdrawal under Article 47, Paragraph 1 g) of the ConsumerCode is excluded. Without prejudice to the above, theCustomer is entitled to withdraw within the terms set forthherein below.

8. Definitions• Juventus Camp Italia: identifies the catalogue, that is, the setof tourist packages relating to the summer football coursesoffered by the Organiser in the tourist resorts of Sestriere (TO),Folgaria (TN), Castel di Sangro (AQ), Vinovo (TO), ChiancianoTerme (SI) and Trabia (PA), divided into weekly periods withthe possibility of participating for longer than a week. JuventusCamp Italia is aimed at children between the ages of 8 and 17years old;• Camp: identifies the summer football courses offered by theOrganiser in the tourist resorts of Sestriere (TO), Folgaria (TN),Castel di Sangro (AQ), Vinovo (TO), Chianciano Terme (SI)and Trabia (PA), divided into weekly periods with the possibilityof participating for longer than a week. The Camp is aimed atchildren between the ages of 8 and 17 years old;• Organiser: the professional that puts together packages andsells them or offers them for sale directly, through or togetherwith another professional, or the professional who transmits the data concerning the Participant/Customer to anotherprofessional in accordance with Letter c), Number 2.4) ofArticle 33 of the Tourism Code, identified with JuventusFootball Club S.p.A. - Via Druento 175 - 10151 Torino, TaxCode and VAT number 00470470014;

• Customer: the person exercising parental responsibility overthe Participant who signs the Contract of sale of the touristpackage by completing and transmitting the Order Form;• Durable medium: every tool that allows the Customer or theOrganiser to store the information personally addressed tothem in order to be able access it in the future, for a period oftime adequate for the purposes for which it is intended and thatallows identical reproduction of the stored information;• Distance contract: any contract signed by between theOrganiser and the Customer under the auspices of anorganised distance sale or service provision scheme withoutthe simultaneous physical presence of the Organiser and theCustomer through the exclusive use of one or more means ofdistance communication until the conclusion of the Contract;• Contract negotiated off-premises: any Contract between theOrganiser and the Customer: (i) signed in the simultaneousphysical presence of the Organiser, in a place other than theOrganiser’s premises (ii) for which an offer has been made bythe Customer, in the same circumstances as under (i); (iii)signed on the premises of the Organiser by any means ofremote communication immediately after the Customerhasbeen personally and individually approached in a place otherthan the Organiser’s premises, in the simultaneous physicalpresence of the Organiser and the Customer; or; (iv) signedduring a promotional trip organised by the Organiser andhaving the purpose or effect of promoting and displaying goodsor services to the Customer.• Inevitable and extraordinary circumstances: a situationbeyond the control of the party that pleads such a situation andwhose consequences would not have been avoided byadopting all the reasonable measures;• Lack of conformity: a non-fulfilment of the tourist servicesincluded in the package;• Repatriation: Participant’s repatriation to the place ofdeparture or to another place agreed by the contracting parties.

9. Services to which the Participant is entitledThe services included in the participation fee to which theParticipant is entitled are exclusively those expressly indicatedherein. Special requests regarding the provision of certainservices and/or additional services must be made at the timeof the booking request and must be the subject of a specificwritten agreement between the Organiser and the Customer.It is understood that for all tourist packages, there is no transferfrom and to the place of stay or the airport which is always tobe understood as the sole responsibility of the Customer andthe Participant.

10. Booking procedure is as provided on the SCI websiteas authorized by Juventus. Before completing the onlineregistration form(s), you must read, understand and agree tothe terms and conditions on the SCI website. As provided bythe SCI website terms, you must ensure that you have obtainedthe required travel documents, including but not limited to Visa,Passport, Identity Card, Proof of Health Insurance.

Additionally, as provided herein above, the Customer is also asked to read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Technical Data Sheet, the Standard Information Form and the summary document on the tourist package.

Upon submittal of your completed online registration with SCI, which includes your payment details, a confirmation email will be sent to you promptly by SCI. A few weeks before the camp starts, SCI will provide to you an additional email with final camp information details. If you have any questions, please contact SCI via email.

11. All-InclusiveThe “ALL-INCLUSIVE” for Juventus Camp Italia, expressed onthe Website provides the following:

FOR THE OVERNIGHT CAMP • Full board: breakfast, lunch, dinner and one break per day(according to a menu designed with the collaboration of ourexperts with the possibility of choice);• Administration fee;• Accommodation in rooms with 2, 3 or 4 beds;• Supervision and assistance service;• 24-hour medical assistance;• Third-party insurance;• Accident insurance;• Customised Juventus uniform kit consisting of:

o 2 short-sleeved black and white team shirts;o 1 short-sleeved T-shirt;o 1 tracksuit;o 2 pairs of shorts;o 2 pairs of socks;o 1 backpack.

• Training and technical education with staff from Juventusprojects, composed of FIGC licensed coaches and/orgraduates in motor sciences;• Staff dedicated to leisure time entertainment andanimation;• Tour of the Juventus Stadium in Turin, with a visit to theMuseum, for the participants of the Vinovo residential camponly;• Certificate of participation and final gifts.

FOR THE DAYCAMP The price without overnight stay (DAY CAMP) includes all of the above EXCEPT: No accommodations are offered; with respect to food, only lunch and one break per day (according to a menu designed with the collaboration of our experts with the possibility of choice) is available; there is no tour of the Stadium (all sites)

12. Changes or cancellation of the package before departure by the Organiser12.1 Prior to the start of the package, the Organiser reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms and conditions of the Contract, other than the price, provided that these changes are of minor importance, communicating them to the Customer clearly and precisely on a durable medium, such as by e-mail. 12.2 If before departure the Organiser (i) needs to significantly modify one or more of the main features of the tourist services referred to in Article 34, Paragraph 1 a) of the Tourism Code, or (ii) cannot meet the specific requests made by the Customer and already accepted by the Organiser or (iii) proposes to increase the price of the package by more than 8% of the total price of the package itself, the Customer may accept the

proposed change or withdraw from the Contract without paying the costs of withdrawal. 12.3 The Customer, who is informed clearly and precisely of the significant change and their possible impact on the price of the package itself, must notify the Organiser of his/her choice within 2 (two) working days from the time of receipt of the notice; in the event of failure to communicate within the aforementioned period, the proposal made by the Organiser shall be deemed to have been accepted. 12.4 In the event of withdrawal by the Customer, the Organiser may offer the Customer a replacement package of equivalent or higher quality. 12.5 If the changes to the Contract of sale of a tourist package or the replacement package referred to in Paragraph 2 result in a package of lower quality or lower cost, the Customer is entitled to an appropriate price reduction. 12.6 In the event of withdrawal from the Contract of sale of a tourist package pursuant to Paragraph 2, and if the Customer does not accept a replacement package, the Organiser shall reimburse without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of withdrawal from the Contract all payments made by or on behalf of the Customer/Participant and shall be entitled to compensation for non-performance of the Contract, except in the following cases: a) there is no compensation for the cancellation of the package when the cancellation of the same depends on the failure to reach the minimum number of participants required; or b) no compensation is provided for the cancellation of the package when the Organiser can prove that the lack of conformity is attributable to force majeure and fortuitous event and/or in case of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, or c) there is also no compensation for the cancellation of the package when the Organiser can prove that the lack of conformity is attributable to the Participant or a third party unrelated to the provision of tourist services included in the Tourist Package Contract and is unpredictable or inevitable. 12.6 The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the package in case of force majeure, or if the minimum number of participants is not reached. The Organiser shall notify, at least 20 (twenty) days before the start date of the chosen period, any change or withdrawal from the Contract for failure to reach the designated minimum number of participants. In the case of withdrawal due to the occurrence of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances or force majeure, the Organiser will communicate its withdrawal to the Customer without undue delay before the start of the package. 12. 7 If the Organiser withdraws from the Contract beforedeparture for the reasons indicated in a), b) and c) above, itshall refund the Customer, within the terms of the law, only theamount paid by the latter for the purchase of the package.12.8 In the event of cancellation or withdrawal from theContract by the Organiser for reasons other than those referredabove in a), b) and c), the Organiser which cancels orwithdraws shall return to the Customer the amount paid by thelatter and actually received by the Organiser, in addition to anamount equal to the amount for which the Customer would beliable on the same date in accordance with Article 19 if he/shewere to withdraw from the Contract.

13. Changes (not cancellation) before departure ifrequested by the CustomerIf the Customer/Participant intends to request a change in thechosen package(s), he/she must make a written request via

email to SCI at least 20 days before the departure date. Please note there is no guarantee that any such change will be accommodated however we will work to satisfy your request when possible or practical.

14. Required documents and materials and MandatoryDeclarations14.1 Participation in the Juventus Camp Italia, Day Camp, issubject to the online completion, within 10 days beforedeparture, of the documents indicated below:(i) Certificate attesting to the absence of infectious syndromesat the expense of the Participant (to be completed in self-certification by the person exercising parental responsibility).This declaration can be downloaded by clicking on the linkincluded in the e-mail confirming receipt of the order sent bythe Organiser and must be delivered, in paper format withoriginal signature, on the day of arrival;(ii)Participant’s health card containing information regardingprevious diseases, allergies, any diseases in progress,vaccinations carried out, any food intolerances or any specialneeds or conditions of the Participant, including, by way ofexample, physical and mental disorders, even mild, diseasesrequiring special care, etc., (to be completed by self-certification by the operator of parental responsibility by clicking on the link included in the e-mail of receipt of the order sent bythe Organiser. The Customer must explicitly specify therequest for related customised services).14.2 Failure to submit the above documentation, as requestedby the Organiser in the order receipt e-mail, will in fact make itimpossible to participate in Juventus Camp Italia, Day Campand Juventus and will constitute a cause for terminationpursuant to Article 18 below.14.3 The Customer also acknowledges that participation in thesporting activities indicated in the tourist package is subject tothe delivery, on the day of arrival at Juventus Camp Italia, DayCamp and Juventus Camp Calcio + Inglese, of a valid medicalcertificate for the Participant’s fitness for non-competitivesports issued by the attending doctor, or, alternatively, amedical certificate for the Participant’s fitness for validcompetitive sports. In the absence of the aforementionedmedical certificate, the Participant will not be able to take partin the sporting activities organised in the relevant packages.14.4 If the participant has to wear glasses of any kind duringtraining and all the proposed sporting activities, he/she must beequipped with special shockproof goggles with celluloid frameand shatterproof graduated polycarbonate lenses.

15. Obligations of the Customer and the Participant15.1 Participants must be in possession of an individualidentity card or passport or other document valid for the placeof destination of the package, as well as any residence andtransit visas and health certificates that may be required.15.2 For the rules relating to the expatriation of minors,please refer expressly to what is indicated on the website of theItalian State Police. It should be noted, however, that minorsmust be in possession of a valid personal document for travelabroad or passport or, for EU countries, also identity card validfor expatriation. With regard to the departure from the countryof children under 14 years of age and those for whom anAuthorisation issued by the Judicial Authority is required, theprescriptions indicated on the website of the Italian State Policemust be followed (http://www.poliziadistato.it/articolo/191/).

15.3 Foreign citizens will have to find the corresponding information through their diplomatic representations in Italy and/or through the respective official governmental information channels. In any case, the Customers/Participants must check with the competent authorities (for Italian citizens, the local police station or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the website www.viaggiaresicuri.it or the Operations Centre by telephone at +39 06 491115) before departure, making any necessary changes prior to travel. In the absence of such verification, no responsibility for the non-departure of one or more Participants may be attributed to the Organiser. 15.4 Customers must in any case inform the Organiser of the Participant’s citizenship at the time of the request for reservation of the tourist package or service and, at the time of departure must definitely ensure that the Participant holds vaccination certificates, individual passports and any other valid documents, as well as any visas for their stay or transit or any health certificates that may be required. 15.5 Moreover, in order to evaluate the socio-political, health and other useful information concerning the destination countries and, therefore, the objective usability of the services purchased or those to be purchased, the Customer will have the obligation to find the official information of a general nature from the Minister for Foreign Affairs, which are disseminated through the Farnesina institutional website www.viaggiaresicuri.it. The information above is not contained in the online or paper catalogues of the Tour Operator, since they contain general descriptive information as indicated in Article 34 of the Tourism Code and information which does not change temporally. The same must therefore be carried out by the Customers. 15.6 If, at the time of booking, the destination chosen is, according to the institutional information channels, a place subject to a “travel warning” for security reasons, the Customer who subsequently exercises the right of withdrawal shall not be able to invoke, for the purposes of exempting the reduction of the request for compensation for the withdrawal made, the removal of the contractual cause related to the security conditions of the country. 15.7 The Customer is required at all times to inform the Organiser of any special needs or conditions of the Participant (diseases, food intolerances, physical and mental disorders, even mild, diseases that require special care, etc.), by completing the health card and signing the consent to the processing of personal and sensitive data, and to explicitly specify the request for related personalised services. Without such consent it shall not be possible to fulfil the contractual obligations. 15.8 Each Participant must comply with the observance of the rules of normal prudence and diligence and the disciplinary and behavioural rules indicated in the Juventus Summer Camp 2019 Code of Conduct and the additional specific behavioural rules provided by the Organiser through the Contact Person. 15.9 The Customer hereby releases the Organiser from any and all liability in the event of failure to comply with the above obligations and rules. In particular, the Customer will be held liable for any damage resulting from the incorrect and illegal conduct of the Participant. 15.10 The Organiser reserves the right to remove the Participant from Juventus Camp Italia, Day Camp or Juventus Camp Football + English, without the right to reimbursement of the fee for services not used, in the event of non-compliance with and violation of the above rules provided with the

obligation of the Customer to provide its own care, expenses and responsibility to return home the Participant excluded. In addition, the Organiser may require the Customer to pay a reasonable fee for the assistance provided to the Participant if the problem is caused intentionally by the Participant or through their own fault, within the limits of the expenses incurred. 15.11 The Customer/Participant, in compliance with the obligations of correctness and good faith as per Articles 1175 and 1375 of the Civil Code, informs the Organiser directly or through the Contact Person, promptly, taking into account the circumstances of the case, of any lack of conformity found during the performance of a tourist service under the Contract. 15.12 The Customer is required to provide the organiser with all documents, information and elements useful for exercising the right of subrogation of the latter against third parties responsible for the damage and is responsible towards the organiser for the prejudice caused to the right of subrogation. 15.13 The Customer shall also communicate in writing to the Organiser, at the time of the sales proposal for a tourist package and therefore before sending the confirmation of booking of services by the Organiser, the particular personal requests that may be the subject of specific agreements on travel arrangements, provided that it is possible to implement and in any case subject to specific agreement between the Customer and the Organiser (see Article 4 (a), Number 8)

16. Substitutions; Assignment of the ContractIf the Customer is unable to use the tourist package, he/shemay assign the Contract to another person provided that:a) the Organiser is informed in writing on a durable medium atleast 7 (seven) working days before the date set for the start ofthe package, receiving at the same time notice of the details ofthe assignee and Participant;b) the Participant meets all the conditions for the use of theservice (Article 38 of the Tourism Code) and in particular therequirements relating to medical certificates;c) the successor shall reimburse the Organiser for all expensesincurred in proceeding with the replacement to the extent thatwill be quantified to the assignor before the assignment.The assignor and the assignee shall also be jointly andseverally liable for payment of the balance of the price and theamounts referred to in Letter (c) of this Article.In relation to certain types of services, it may occur that a thirdparty service provider does not accept the change of name ofthe assignee, even if carried out within the period referred to inLetter a) above. The Organiser will not be responsible for anyrejection of the amendment by third party service providers.The Organiser shall promptly notify the parties concerned ofthe non-acceptance before the departure.

17. Assistance and insurance17.1 At Juventus Camp Italia, Day Camp and at, eachParticipant must address any request for assistance and/or any complaint to the Contact Person.17.2 The Organiser is obliged to provide the measures ofassistance to the Customer imposed by the criterion ofprofessional diligence only in relation to its obligations underthe law or the Contract.17.3 The Organiser shall provide appropriate assistancewithout delay to the Participant in distress even in thecircumstances referred to in Article 42 of the Tourism Code, inparticular by providing appropriate information regarding health

services, local authorities and consular assistance and by assisting the Participant in making distance communications and helping him/her to find alternative tourist services. The Organiser may demand payment of a reasonable cost for said assistance should the problem be intentionally caused by the Participant or owing to their fault, within the limitations of costs actually borne. 17.4 The Organiser is exonerated from any liability (relating to Article 16), when the lack of conformity is attributable to the Customer or the Participant or has resulted from the fact of a third party unforeseeable or inevitable, or from a fortuitous event or force majeure or from unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances. 17.5 The participation fee includes an accident insurance policy and a third party liability policy, whose coverage only includes the period of the Participant’s actual stay at Juventus Camp Football + English, Day Camp and Juventus Camp Italia with the exclusion of the trip (unless expressly provided for) and any other item not included. 17.6 The limits of the third-party insurance policy are as follows: (i) 1st risk liability up to €2,000,000.00 per claim, €2,000,000.00 per injured party, €2,000,000.00 for damage to property andthird parties; (ii) 2nd risk liability from €2,000,000.00 to€31,500,000.00. (iii) The limits of the accident insurance policy are as follows: €150,000.00 for permanent disability,€100,000.00 for death and €5,000.00 for reimbursement ofmedical expenses. For this latter policy there is a deductible of10% only on medical expenses.17.7 The Organiser also declares to have taken out a specialguarantee policy with UnipolSai Assicurazione S.p.A., pursuant to Article 47 et seq. of the Tourism Code, which ensures thecustomer, in cases of insolvency or bankruptcy of theOrganiser, the reimbursement of the price paid for thepurchase of the package, in addition to any expenses incurredfor the immediate return of the Participant (in case of travelabroad), within the limit of the maximum of €350,000.00 (threehundred and fifty thousand euros/00).17.8 The guarantee referred to in the previous Paragraph shallapply only if: (i) the state of insolvency of the Organiser hasbeen judicially ascertained by a measure no longerenforceable; (ii) the service due to the Customer has not beencarried out in full, since the above measure has been takenbefore the provision of the services provided by the touristpackage; (iii) the credit for the reimbursement of the price hasbeen established within the framework of the Organiser’sbankruptcy procedure.17.9 Finally, in accordance with Article 47 of the TourismCode, we inform you that the customer is entitled to take outspecial insurance policies against the costs of cancellation ofthe package, accidents and illnesses that also cover the costof repatriation and loss of and damage to luggage. The rightsarising from the insurance contracts must be exercised by theCustomer directly against the insurance companies taking outthe contract.

18. Liability regime18.1 The Organiser is responsible for executing the touristservices provide for by the Contract of sale of a tourist package, regardless of the fact that said tourist services must be supplied by the Organiser, by its assistants or people in charge whenthey act in exercising their functions, by third parties whosework it avails itself of or by other suppliers of tourist services,pursuant to Article 1228 of the Italian Civil Code. In this case,

the Customer is obliged to provide the Organiser with all documents, information and elements useful for exercising the right of subrogation of the latter against third parties responsible for the damage and is responsible towards the Organiser for the prejudice caused to the right of subrogation. 18.2 The Customer/Participant, in compliance with the obligations of fairness and good faith, shall inform the Organiser, directly or through the Contact Person, promptly, taking into account the circumstances of the case, of any lack of conformity detected during the performance of a tourist service under the Contract of sale of a tourist package. 18.3 If one of the tourist services is not executed according to what has been agreed upon in the Contract of sale of a tourist package, the Organiser remedies the lack of conformity unless it proves impossible or proves to be excessively onerous, taking into account the extent of the lack of conformity or of the value of the tourist services affected by the lack. If the Organiser does not remedy the defect, the Customer has the right to a price reduction and to compensation for the damage suffered by the Participant as a result of the defect in conformity, unless the Organiser proves that the defect in conformity is attributable to the Customer/Participant or to a third party not involved in the provision of tourist services or is unavoidable or unforeseeable or due to extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances. 18.4 Subject to the above exceptions, if the Promoter fails to remedy the lack of conformity within a reasonable period set by the Customer with the complaint made pursuant to terms herein the Customer may remedy the defect himself and claim reimbursement of the necessary, reasonable and documented expenses. 18.5 If a lack of conformity constitutes a not insignificant breach and the Organiser has not remedied it following the timely complaint made by the Participant/Customer, depending on the duration and characteristics of the package, the Customer may terminate the Contract with immediate effect, or request - if appropriate - a reduction in the price, without prejudice to any compensation for damages. 18.6 If the Organiser, after departure, is unable to provide, for any reason other than the Participant’s own, an essential part of the services provided by the Contract, it must provide adequate alternative solutions for the continuation of the planned trip without incurring any kind of charge to the Customer/Participant, or refund the latter within the limits of the difference between the services originally provided and those performed. 18.7 The Organiser is not liable for any damage caused by events attributable to the Customer and/or Participant (including, but not limited to, independent and unauthorised initiatives taken by the Participant during his stay at Juventus Camp Italia, Day Camp or Juventus Camp Football + English), or by circumstances beyond the provision of the services provided (such as, but not limited to, the transfer from and to the chosen location, if excluded from the participation fee), by chance, force majeure, or by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances that the Organiser could not, according to professional diligence, reasonably foresee or resolve. 18.8 The compensation referred to in Articles 43 and 46 of the Tourism Code and the related limitation periods are governed by the provisions of the Code and in any case within the limits established by the International Conventions governing the services covered by the package as well as by Articles 1783

and 1784 of the Civil Code, with the exception of personal injury not subject to a fixed limit. 18.9 The right to a reduction in the price or compensation for damages for changes to the Contract of sale of a tourist package or replacement package, is prescribed in two years from the date of return of the Participant to the place of departure. 18.10 The right to compensation for personal injury is barred by the statute of limitations to three years starting from the date of the Participant’s re-entry to the place of departure or in the longer period contemplated for compensation for the personal injury by the provisions regulating the services included in the package.

19. Complaints and denunciationsAny failure to perform the Contract must be challenged by theCustomer and Participant during the stay by timely filing of acomplaint so that the Organiser, its local representative orContact Person may verify the merits of the Customer’s andParticipant’s allegations and promptly remedy them.Otherwise, compensation for damages shall be reduced orexcluded pursuant to Article 1227 of the Italian Civil Code.Without prejudice to the above obligation, the Customer mayalso lodge a complaint, by sending a registered letter withacknowledgement of receipt, or by any other means thatguarantees proof of receipt to the Organiser, under penalty offorfeiture, within and no later than 10 working days from thedate of conclusion of the stay.

20. Express termination clauseThe Customer acknowledges that the Organiser will have theright to terminate the Contract immediately, with the right towithhold, as a penalty, the sums of money already paid by theCustomer, without prejudice in any case to the right of theOrganiser to compensation for any additional damages, andany other right of law, by simple written notice, to be sent byregistered letter with return receipt, in which he declares towant to make use of this clause pursuant to Article 1456 of theItalian Civil Code, in the following cases:• in case of failure to fill in the health information relating tothe Participant requested in the e-mail confirmation of receiptof the purchase order;• in the event of failure to deliver the certificate of absenceof actual syndromes referred to in Article 12;• in the event of failure to pay the entire fee within theestablished terms; in the event of violation of the rules ofconduct that give rise to serious facts as set out in the Code ofConduct.

21. Withdrawal and penalties21.1 Pursuant to Article 32, Paragraph 3 of the Tourism Code, the Customer is informed of the exclusion of the right of withdrawal with regard to distance contracts pursuant to Article 47, Paragraph 1 g) of the Consumer Code.21.2 In the case of off-premises contracts, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the Contract, before the start of the package, within a period of five days from the date of conclusion of the Contract, or from the date on which it receives the contract terms and preliminary information, if later, without penalty and without giving any reason. In the case of offers with significantly lower fees than the current offers, the right of withdrawal is excluded. In the latter case, the Organiser shall

document the change in price by adequately highlighting the exclusion of the right of withdrawal. 21. 3 The Customer, before the beginning of the package, hasthe right to withdraw from the Contract, without payingpenalties, in the following cases: (i) increase in package pricesby more than 8% of the total package price, not accepted bythe Customer; or (ii) significant modification of one or more ofthe main characteristics of the tourist services referred to inArticle 34, Paragraph 1 (a) of the Tourism Code, objectivelyconfigurable as essential for the use of the tourist package asa whole, proposed by the Organiser to the Customer after theconclusion of the contract, but before departure, and notaccepted by the latter; or (iii) the Organiser can no longersatisfy the specific requests made by the Customer/Participantand already accepted by the Organiser. In the casesmentioned above, the Customer may: a) accept the alternativeproposal if one is formulated by the Organiser; (b) request therepayment of sums already paid.21. 4 In the case of inevitable and extraordinary circumstances, as determined by Juventus, occurring at the place of destination or in its immediate vicinity and that have a substantial impact on execution of the package or on the passenger transport to the destination, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract before the beginning of the package, without paying withdrawal costs. The eventual impossibility of using the package by the Customer does not entitle the withdrawal without penalties, provided for by law, as the customer can be assured from the economic risk associated with the cancellation of the contract, with the stipulation of a special insurance policy. In case of withdrawal from the Contract by the Customer for any reason, including unforeseen and unexpected, before the start of the package outside of the cases listed in the preceding paragraphs of this article, or those provided for in Article 10, Paragraph 2, will be charged a penalty regardless of the payment of the deposit provided for in the Article 8(1), Paragraph 1.

21.5 The amount of the penalty will be calculated by adding the possible amount of optional insurance coverage already requested and paid for by Customer at the time of the conclusion of the Contract, the cost of other services already requested, and the following percentages of the participation fee, calculated on the basis of how many days before the start of the package the cancellation occurred (the calculation of days does not include the withdrawal, whose communication must be received on a working day prior to the start of the trip):

• Cancellation by April 30, 30% of total fees;• Cancellation between May 1 and May 31, 50% of

total fees;• Cancellation from June 1 until first day of camp:

80% of total fees;• once the stay has started 100% (no refund).

21.6 The Organiser may withdraw from the Contract and offer the Customer a full refund of payments made for the package, but is not required to pay additional compensation if: (i) the number of persons registered in the package is lower than the minimum number required by the Contract and the Organiser notifies the Customer of the withdrawal from the Contract within the deadline set out in the Contract and in any case no later than 20 (twenty) days before the start of the package; or (ii) the Organiser is not able to execute the Contract due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances and

communicates the withdrawal from the same to the Customer without undue delay before the start of the package.

22. Personal data processingThe data communicated by the Customer which are necessaryfor the execution of the contract are processed in compliancewith the provisions of the applicable law on the protection ofpersonal data (GDPR; EU Regulation 679/2016 and Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments). Personaland sensitive data are processed to allow the management ofenrollment and participation in the camp, the conclusion andexecution of the contract, the provision of support services andthe management of payments. For the performance of theservices covered by the contract, the data are communicatedto the suppliers of the services included in the tourist package.For further information, the Customer may consult theinformation on data processing published in the Privacy sectionof the Website. The Customer may at any time exercise therights that the applicable law regarding the protection ofpersonal data attributes to the data subject involved in theprocessing.

23. Sound and image recordingThe Customer, as the person exercising parental authority overthe Participant, agrees that the Participant may bephotographed, filmed or filmed by the Organiser, and/or anythird party appointed by the same, which shall have the right touse, transmit, publish, disseminate, license, without territorialor temporal limits, and without any obligation to pay money orany other form of compensation, the voice, image and portraitof the Participant, or recorded, with freedom of use on anymedia used to determine the images, by means of livephotography and/or video, with the freedom to use any mediaused for the setting of the images, or recorded, or by any othermeans such as multimedia formats, digital media, televisionfootage, magnetic media and any other technological meanscurrently known (including television, Internet and/or othertelematic networks) or which may be invented in the future, foreditorial purposes in relation to editorial initiatives carried outby the company’s official communication bodies (in anypublished language), for archival purposes, and for the creation of printed products, digital audio-video products and Internetsites, for commercial, promotional and advertising purposessuch as, among other things and purely by way of example, thepossible creation of a DVD for each period at the JuventusCamp Italia, Day Camp or Juventus Camp, as a souvenir forall the Participants, provided that the rights relating to thehonour and reputation of the Participant are respected.

24. JurisdictionFor any dispute with SCI, venue shall only be proper in theCourts of Santa Clara County, State of California, USA. Allparties agree and consent to such jurisdiction.For any other dispute, a dispute directly with the camp orJuventus, the jurisdiction is of: a) the Court of the place ofresidence or domicile of the Customer, if the Customer is aconsumer and is resident or domiciled in Italy; b) exclusively tothe Court of Turin, in all other cases. Without prejudice to theapplication to Customers, in the capacity of consumers, whodoes not have their habitual residence in Italy, of any morefavourable and mandatory provisions provided for by the law ofthe country in which they have their habitual residence.This is without prejudice to the right of Consumer-Customers

With reference to possible alternative means of dispute settlement, Consumer-Customers are hereby informed that a European platform has been established for the on-line settlement of consumer disputes (so-called ODR platform). The ODR platform is accessible at the following address http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Via the ODR

platform, Consumer-Customers can examine the list of ADR bodies, find the link to the website of each of them and start an on-line settlement of their dispute. This is in any case without prejudice to the rights of Consumer-Customers to apply to the competent ordinary court for disputes arising from these General Terms and Conditions or from the Contract, whatever the outcome of the out-of-court settlement procedure.

25. Obligatory notification pursuant to Article 17 of LawNo. 38 of 6 February 2006Italian law punishes crimes concerning prostitution and juvenilepornography with imprisonment, even if committed abroad.
