Designed and manufactured paving and custom stencils, preformed preventative maintenance on pumps and various equipment. Helped implement a new safety program, lowered raw cost of stencils 10% allowing for increase in profits. Recycled used plastic into over $10,000 dollars of new inventory, Increased overall plant efficiency by adjusting existing procedures to streamline processes in the company.
