Just Listed / Just Sold Campaign

Running a Just Listed / Just Sold Facebook ad campaign has many benefits and can be used for many purposes. In our marketing efforts at GoodLife Realty, for example, we have seen increased website traffic to not only the listing page advertised on Facebook, but also to other listings and webpages on our site. We’re able to cater to our sellers’ desire for their home to be marketed by showing them the impressions and website clicks generated through the ads for their homes. Finally, targeting this type of campaign to Facebook users within specific zip codes is a modern and effective way to farm a neighborhood and strengthen your market presence. Give this campaign a shot on your listings, and you’re sure to see favorable results!
