(Junior) Product Manager / Product Owner

YOUR TASKS:

You live for your products, their success fills you with joy and pride!

The Customer Value of your products is the first thing you think of in the morning after waking up (how

much margin your products throw off the second).

You have an overview of the respective P&L of your products and optimize pricing, distribution channels as

well as fixed and variable costs in close coordination.

The product roadmap shows what we are heading for. You are responsible for the roadmap and the prod-

uct backlog. Depending on the product, you will assume the role of the product owner in a SCRUM team.

In order for the product to sell like ice cream in summer, you constantly consider which sales channels can

be used and which marketing/advertising materials, websites/microsites are required (the regional market-

ing team takes care of the implementation, in coordination with corporate marketing).

Since you are responsible for digital products, you are very interested in KPIs and user behavior. Based on

this information you make reliable decisions, conduct experiments to achieve more conversion or prevent

churn.

All activities on your products are derived from the strategic objectives, especially for the product portfolio

and sales planning.

You are responsible for the lifecycle of your products and decide on the phases.

YOUR PROFILE: Successfully completed training/study in business informatics, IT, product management, marketing, SCRUM.

With the appropriate qualifications and suitability, career changers are also welcome.

(First) experiences in the digital subscription business (SaaS & similar models) are a plus.

(First) experiences with „inventing“ software-based products, their definition, (classic/agile) implementation and

launch on the market. You actively know which activities belong to Product Management.

Sound knowledge of MS Office; experience with Jira & Co., Google Analytics and tracking tools advantageous.

Fluent English, basic knowledge of German, Tech-Talk does not deter you.

High commitment and confident appearance with very good interpersonal communication skills.

You like to work with company goals in mind, are not afraid to try out other ways and to find a pragmatic solution.

You have analytical strength and can quickly grasp complex facts.

You are open to new topics, ready to acquire new skills and have no problem to abandon „old“ knowledge.

You are not afraid to talk to customers: You actively seek contact (now and then also abroad)
