Basic Recipe: 1/2 cup of oats 1/2 cup of liquid such as milk, almond
milk, soy milk, coconut milk
Optional Flavor Additions
1/2 cup yogurt 1/2 cup fruit 1/4 cup nuts Spices (usually cinnamon) 1 serving of chia seeds, flaxseeds,
or protein powder A tablespoon of honey is a good
natural sweetener 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Directions: Add all the ingredients to a jar and stir thoroughly so all the oatmeal gets moist. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy with a spoon in the morning.

Even if this is not your thing, give it a try! Make up your own dance to a song, or gather
the family, watch the video link below, and follow their dance moves. It is only six minutes!

Can’t Stop the Feeling
DRY: 3 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1 tsp salt 2 tsp baking soda ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
WET: ¾ cup oil (vegetable, corn, canola…) 2 TBSP white vinegar 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups cold water
DIRECTIONS: Put all dry ingredients in a pan, mix together (you can use just a fork). Make three holes in the dry mixture. Fill one hole with oil, one with vinegar, and one with vanilla. Pour the water over the whole thing and mix together. Once mixed, bake! Oven Temperature: 350 degrees Baking Time: 30—40 minutes
