“very responsive to emails”Our wedding was absolutely perfect! The food was great, and Amber made everything go smoothly. I would definitely plan another event here. They made our special day so memorable, and Amber kept the night moving and was very responsive to emails leading up to the wedding day. I would definitely recommend Peabody Opera House to anyone looking for a gorgeous wedding venue, with great food and help!

“a dream come true”I had to worry about nothing, it was a dream come true! The level of service that the staff provided to myself and my guests was unmatched.

From our initial meeting with Amber, she made us feel as if we were her only clients and was so responsive that she made wedding planning from out of state a breeze. What an extraordinary venue!

“like having a personal assistant”The staff at Peabody were extraordinary. Stephanie, in particular, did everything she could to make a dream wedding come true. It was like having a personal assistant on the night of the wedding.

“fantastic in pictures”The building is simply gorgeous and our guests could not stop commenting on the architecture, especially Peabody Lounge. It looks fantastic in pictures, sophisticated and classic. But the best part is the employees. Amber and her team were a dream to work with from beginning to end! They went above and beyond every step of the way.

“best wedding food”The service was outstanding, the venue was beautiful, and the food was the best wedding food we’d ever had! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great Peabody is!

“accommodated many special requests”The food, alcohol, our signature drink, etc. were wonderful. We are still receiving compliments from guests concerning both the food and the service. Peabody also accommodated many special requests we had (Champagne before the ceremony, and wanting to come in and play with our tablescaping to get everything just right, for example.) Don’t be scared to ask – if they can price it, they will do it! I would highly recommend the Peabody if you want a stress-free wedding. I feel like the hard work they put in made it so that we could simply show up and enjoy our wedding!

“Art Deco”If you love Art Deco buildings, Peabody Opera House is a great venue. I chose Peabody because of its beauty and history and because of the ease of planning provided by the venue. They have an event coordinator, in-house caterer, and all the little things such as chairs and linens are taken care of through the venue. Plus, since it is such a beautiful venue, I did no decorating, except for simple centerpieces and candles. As an out of town bride, this was extremely important to me.

Amber Marshall (Pictured left)From St. Louis to Los Angeles to San Diego then back home to her Midwest roots, Amber Marshall has been creating and managing special events for more than a decade. A formal education in Public Relations and Fashion, along with a background coordinating breathtaking weddings of all shapes and sizes, large scale corporate events, galas and meetings for high level executives and celebrities, make Amber an excellent resource for any type of event. Amber showcases her high standards for customer service and attention to detail from start to finish, making sure her client’s events are everything they imagined and more! Amber personally guides her clients through every step of the event planning process from initial questions prior to visiting the venue, to seeing them off at the end of the night. Along with her commitment to managing well executed events, Amber believes they should not only be stylish but personalized as well. Whether it’s a speak-easy themed corporate event or flash mob move to dinner for a wedding, she’ll make sure your event is as epic as the shows held on the main stage.

When not working you can find her soaking up time with family and friends exploring art fairs, antique stores, estate sales, and creating her own adventures all over the city.

Stephanie Sadler (Pictured right)A Colorado native, Stephanie has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University. Through college and the beginning of her professional career, Stephanie bounced around from Pittsburgh to Northern California to Seattle, coordinating guest services and security staff at numerous college and professional stadiums, arenas, festivals and venues. Eventually Stephanie landed in St. Louis in the sales and service department for the St. Louis Blues and then on to Stifel Theatre in 2015.

From sporting events to special events and weddings, Stephanie has an appreciation and passion for planning and hosting events. From initial informational requests, all the way to load-out, Stephanie takes pride in walking with clients through the entire event planning process to execute a seamless and memorable day. In her free time you can find Stephanie attending almost every musical event in the area, running miles upon miles or cuddling and talking about her cat, Ellie.
