Effective job interview is one of the important processes in Human Resource Management (HRM). Hiring the right candidates could determine the future success of any organization. However, job interview is often performed by individuals with very limited competency since most of them have not gone through a formal training. Without effective job interview skills, hiring errors such as hiring employees who are not meeting the organizational needs may lead to costly impact such as waste of resources (i.e. money, time etc.). Organizations may experience low productivity which usually result in low profitability and limited growth. Besides, organizations may require to allocate additional cost of training for new employees. This course aims to equip participants with the vital skills for effective job interview to enhance the organizational success.
